Shoe Palace offers a pleasant shopping experience with pretty good customer service from a young staff that genuinely enjoys their jobs. It is a great place to find shoes for the whole family, although some customers have noted that the inventory for sizes, especially for children or juniors, could be improved. One sales associate has received particular praise for her patience and helpfulness, making customers feel appreciated and supported during their visit.
Security guard comes off pretty aggressive at this location and they won’t let you inside the store if you come 30 minutes before closing. I guess they don’t want to sell any shoes. Try to avoid this location and go to a different one.

It's too bad that Bay Street is such a great place but it seems that they hire more trashy employees that don't really care about who they insult. As soon as I walked in the store, it was the security guard... yes, that was very much inappropriate. Will not ever go to this store again.

Terrible experience. Soon as i walked in the door, my mother and i were harassed with “what happened to the other bra” by the man at the door. Never shopping here, never recommending anyone to shop at shoe palace
