“Uniqlo is great, but I waited in line for 20+ minutes today to get into a fitting room. My friend waited almost an hour in total because they tried things on twice! Clearly this store needs to time-limit customers/put restrictions on how many items people can try on, or do something to improve that system.

That said, checkout was FAST. The RFID scanners they have in those bins automatically know what you want to purchase. That's CRAZY cool.”

“The associates (I didn't catch their names, sorry!) were incredibly friendly! I came in with a specific item in mind, and they were able to get it all set up for me, as well as highlight other options and colors that weren't already on the floor. The attention to detail was also impressive. They pointed out that I had grabbed a set of socks that was a different size than the other!
They engaged in warm conversation, but weren't pushy about any sales. The customer service ruled at this location :)”

“I went there today need to find a specific type color n size of hoodie, all of the employee that I Spock with were nice and friendly. Store were organized like usual. Old Navy good and great place always !

At the cashier section onw of the staff “Dalyia” she very helpful helped me to look for the item on the website and called another employee which she helped me found the right size to try it out ( unfortunately didn’t get her name of the seconde person ) but she was great too. There were another employee I think she was the shift manger she answer the question explained about the shipment process if I want to pick the item.Thanks for all of the staff ??”

“I cannot say enough great things about the team at the Banana Republic Factory Store in Emeryville. They completely saved the day for me!

I found myself in a major pinch when I was unexpectedly asked to join a business dinner, but I had come into the office in casual attire. With only a couple of hours before the dinner, I rushed over to this location on a weeknight, desperate to piece together a professional outfit at the very last minute.

From the moment I walked in, the entire staff stepped up to help. The team member on the floor consistently checked on me to ensure I was finding everything I needed. When I explained my predicament and asked for advice, they gave me honest, fantastic feedback on a couple of different options.

Once I selected a top, jacket, and accessories, I mentioned that I needed to wear the outfit immediately. What happened next was a true team effort that went above and beyond anything I expected: while one staff member covered the front, my cashier took my new clothes to the back to steam out all the wrinkles, and they quickly got me into a dressing room so I could change right there.

I am incredibly grateful for this team's outstanding customer service. Thanks to them, I was able to show up to my dinner looking sharp and feeling confident. I received huge compliments on the outfit all evening, and all I could think about was how wonderful the Emeryville staff was.

“Important to state that this store sells real Levi's. The department stores sell a watered down product that unfortunately have a Levi's tag. Leather tag means real Levi's, and this store has a surprising selection for its size. Incredibly helpful staff who totally care! I am impressed every single time that I'm in this store!”

“I love this place!! And the staff here is chef’s kiss. Not only is everyone so welcoming and friendly, their outfits and personalities are amazing they make shopping fun and innovative for me. Everyone is confortable answering any questions I have or checking if items are in stock or even questions about the app. The staff is always doing something and keeping busy but they always check in on me and not in a way that’s overbearing. The store stays clean and organized even with the small space. This is why I will keep returning!! They make me want to work there lol! “The men’s store is literally separated from the women’s and children’s shop by two stores, and are not connected. Perhaps it’s the prevailing style trend but I didn’t see a lot of colors in the stores. A lot of blacks, greys, blues and some earth tones and pastels. The women’s store definitely looked like they had more attractive sales. Please add some seating for the non-shopping spouses.”
