“Excellent customer service from all team members at all times especially with Justin. I and my wife were at the store Halloween night Friday 10/31 around 730PM and Justin worked tirelessly to resolve a phone issue about transfering data from one phone to the reported lost phone I owned. Justin was making numerous calls to customer support to get my lost phone activated but to no avail. Justin even stayed more than a hour after store was closed after 8pm. He was knowledgeable, patient and efficient in making us calm and at ease. His professionalism, persistence,problem solving expertise and willingness to go the extra mile to assist customers (even after a follow-up visit) reflect the best of what T-Mobile offers to its customers. As a 10 year client of T-Mobile, we can say that this level of service is what keeps me loyal to T-Mobile for the years to come.
