“I was nit able to retrieve my Apple password. I tried taking my new phone to the Apple Store in Jacksonville Florida and was told I would have to wait another 2 to 3 days. Aimee at the ATandT store in LaJoya used her phone to assist me to reset my password and it was all done within minutes. I give Aimee more than five stars. “Had two old cell phones and looked up where to sell them. PCS connection came up and I read the reviews. Seemed like a good honest place, and indeed they proved it. R8ght whem I called to ask if they boufht used phones the man told me they do but I'd probably get a better price on offerup, etc. I just wanted to be rid of my old phones and so I brought them in. After looking over my phones, he told me they were so old that he could only give me ten bucks and so I told him to just give me $5. I'm not starving and I was heartened by one of his reviews where a lady complimented them on being helpful and patient and generous. And now I know where to go for cell phone repairs and maybe I'll go here first when I need a new phone.”

Getting phone tech help can be a little like going to the dentist, but this experience was an absolute pleasure. Hyperbole? Nope. Honest to goodness, she was fantastic.”

“I rented for 9 days and the cost is just $110 plus tax without pre-paid airtime charge.
The other satellite phone rental company usually charge about $100 pre-paid airtime (about 50 minutes) charge which I don't need because it is just for emergency.”
