He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between boards, bindings, and boots so I could make the best choice for my riding style. What I appreciated most was how patient and helpful he was throughout the process. He answered all my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured into a specific option. It really felt like he wanted me to leave with the setup that was right for me, not just make a sale. “As someone who has always hated shopping for new shoes, this place is great. Nick did a great job of helping me out. Found out I'm a size larger than I thought! As many have noted, they have a specific sales process they walk you through, and they WILL try to upsell you on the membership multiple times. If you're firm on what you want though it's not an issue. Can't speak to whether the membership is a good deal or not, as I wasn't ready to try it today. Will consider for next time though.”

“Hands down one of if not the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was ordering online since I’m out of state and had some questions concerning the website and product availability. Jan from Bob’s worked with me for more than an hour over the phone to make sure I got everything I needed and was Super quick and efficient, you can tell that he cared. Also shipping was fast. “I learned so much about my feet with the foot scan! I had no idea my feet were two different sizes, and that my arches are actually different heights. Made a lot of sense in terms of the pain and imbalances I experience. I know online shopping is easy, but I'm really glad I made the trek to the store. I likely would not have bought the style nor the size I ended up in had I not had the in-person experience. Highly recommend!”
“I have been using Dainese for over 30 years in the US and while stationed in Europe. My visit to the LA store on Sunday the 9th was my first visit to an actual Dainese location and I just have to say WHOA! I was a kid in a candy store. But, that is not what this post is about. This is a shout out to Cristian who went above and beyond to help me out. I needed a new set of gauntlets and so headed over after calling in to ensure they had the ones I wanted in stock. Cristian was not just friendly over the phone, but was exceptional when I arrived. We ensure they fit perfectly and gave me a customer centric experience that few places offer.

“This place is a gem. Smaller ski store, but don’t let that fool you. Had a great experience with Max for a boot fitting. They have so much knowledge at this place the experience went very smoothly. He was explained everything and more about things you’d never think of. They have a surprisingly large variety of gear for the size of the store. I almost want to wear my new boots all summer. I can’t wait to use them up in Big Bear next winter. Recommend this store for any ski and ski boot needs.”

If you’re looking to get into hiking and don’t want to invest too much, then definitely stop by for trekking poles and hydration bags. They have super cute sun hats, sunblock and trail snacks. If your planning on spending a day at a the lake and want to paddle board, then stop by as well. They carry Life vest, paddle boards and air pumps. They have pools and coolers for those summer bbq’s and beach days.”

“It's been awhile since I have been to a retail store to pick up a paddle or racket! And truly the only way to get outfitted with the best fit, unless you tried a demo, is to go to a store and experienced in person! With a recommendation from a fellow pickleball mate, I ended up at this store in downtown Calabasas! From the start, I was greeted very kindly by the store manager and a fellow staff member! The manager was very knowledgeable of the paddle trends, the game and fit for players! The store had many choices in stock, and others could be had quickly from vendors! The store had a Black Friday deal going on and demo paddles for half off! Many thanks for the manager in letting us know these deals! The purpose of this trip was for a paddle but was almost lured into buying a tennis racket too; the store offers the top brand of rackets! Also you can get your rackets stringed here! Hard to find that service these days! With great service, conversation and honesty provided, we will definitely be back and tell our friends about this gem! Plus the parking in downtown was a perk on farmers market day!”

“I had an outstanding experience at ASRV Beverly Hills, and I have to give a huge thank you to Prince Jacobs for making it happen.
I’ve been wanting to check out ASRV for a while, but this was my first time actually coming in. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, but Prince really went above and beyond. I was upfront with him that I’ve mostly worn Lululemon and wanted to try ASRV in person to dial in my sizing before ordering online.
He made the whole process seamless.
He took the time to understand how I train, what materials I prefer, and how I’d be using the gear. He didn’t just hand me clothes, he helped put together full outfits, suggested better-fitting options for both training and casual wear, and explained the differences in materials in a way that actually mattered.
This is what retail is supposed to feel like. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. That level of service is rare now, and it stood out immediately.
What really impressed me was the follow-up. Later that night, while setting up my online profile, I texted him a quick question about a style, and he responded in under 30 seconds at 9:30 PM. That kind of responsiveness and care is next level.
I walked out of there feeling confident in the brand and the products, and I’m fully bought in now. Exceptional experience all around.

“I greatly appreciate this place as a person just getting a charity operation off the ground.
1) they are open when they say they will be (seriously try some other places and see that they don’t aren’t even open)
2) they don’t require huge bulk orders to just get started on your requests
3) they do your order in house and they don’t send it out so that the turn around time is forever and you also get to talk to the person actually doing the work.
Without this place, I’d basically have to order 100s of items, just to get a few items I actually need right now. ?? And they’re turn around times have been really reasonable”
“I had an outstanding experience at this baseball sporting goods store! From the moment I walked in, the owner (whom I did not know was the owner till the end) was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the sport. He took the time to help me find exactly what I needed, whether it was gear for practice or equipment upgrades.
The selection is impressive; everything from gloves and bats to apparel and accessories. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, which made the shopping experience even better.
What really stood out was the customer service. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and offer helpful recommendations without any pressure to buy. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and the sport.
If you’re a baseball player, parent, or fan, this is definitely the place to go. I’ll be coming back for all my future gear needs. Highly recommend!”

He pinpointed the correct size and width that was best for me and provided multiple samples to try on. He was very patient and the experience was fantastic.
