“I called Uniformity Wear looking for a very specific pair of Dickies pants for my daughter, and Asuntha was so kind on the phone that it immediately made me want to come in. In-store, she was incredibly helpful and attentive, she truly searched high and low and found the perfect pair for my daughter.
What really impressed me was how she worked her magic with alterations. She turned what felt like an impossible alteration into something completely doable and she did it within 30 minutes. The turnaround was so quick and the work was excellent. We were genuinely surprised that we not only found the pants and purchased them, but were also able to walk out of the store with them altered and ready to go.
Asuntha is personable, patient, and genuinely kind. The store is also very affordable, with a great selection and excellent service. You really can’t beat that. This will definitely be our go-to uniform store from here on out.”

“As someone who has always hated shopping for new shoes, this place is great. Nick did a great job of helping me out. Found out I'm a size larger than I thought! As many have noted, they have a specific sales process they walk you through, and they WILL try to upsell you on the membership multiple times. If you're firm on what you want though it's not an issue. Can't speak to whether the membership is a good deal or not, as I wasn't ready to try it today. Will consider for next time though.”
“Hands down one of if not the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was ordering online since I’m out of state and had some questions concerning the website and product availability. Jan from Bob’s worked with me for more than an hour over the phone to make sure I got everything I needed and was Super quick and efficient, you can tell that he cared. Also shipping was fast. “This place is a gem. Smaller ski store, but don’t let that fool you. Had a great experience with Max for a boot fitting. They have so much knowledge at this place the experience went very smoothly. He was explained everything and more about things you’d never think of. They have a surprisingly large variety of gear for the size of the store. I almost want to wear my new boots all summer. I can’t wait to use them up in Big Bear next winter. Recommend this store for any ski and ski boot needs.”

Cons: can get really busy, targets not maintained diligently, and bays need to be better fenced to prevent casing flyovers.

“It's been awhile since I have been to a retail store to pick up a paddle or racket! And truly the only way to get outfitted with the best fit, unless you tried a demo, is to go to a store and experienced in person! With a recommendation from a fellow pickleball mate, I ended up at this store in downtown Calabasas! From the start, I was greeted very kindly by the store manager and a fellow staff member! The manager was very knowledgeable of the paddle trends, the game and fit for players! The store had many choices in stock, and others could be had quickly from vendors! The store had a Black Friday deal going on and demo paddles for half off! Many thanks for the manager in letting us know these deals! The purpose of this trip was for a paddle but was almost lured into buying a tennis racket too; the store offers the top brand of rackets! Also you can get your rackets stringed here! Hard to find that service these days! With great service, conversation and honesty provided, we will definitely be back and tell our friends about this gem! Plus the parking in downtown was a perk on farmers market day!”
“I had an outstanding experience at ASRV Beverly Hills, and I have to give a huge thank you to Prince Jacobs for making it happen.
I’ve been wanting to check out ASRV for a while, but this was my first time actually coming in. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, but Prince really went above and beyond. I was upfront with him that I’ve mostly worn Lululemon and wanted to try ASRV in person to dial in my sizing before ordering online.
He made the whole process seamless.
He took the time to understand how I train, what materials I prefer, and how I’d be using the gear. He didn’t just hand me clothes, he helped put together full outfits, suggested better-fitting options for both training and casual wear, and explained the differences in materials in a way that actually mattered.
This is what retail is supposed to feel like. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. That level of service is rare now, and it stood out immediately.
What really impressed me was the follow-up. Later that night, while setting up my online profile, I texted him a quick question about a style, and he responded in under 30 seconds at 9:30 PM. That kind of responsiveness and care is next level.
I walked out of there feeling confident in the brand and the products, and I’m fully bought in now. Exceptional experience all around.

“Yesterday first time visited Big 5 Sporting Goods with our son. It has a variety of items. Upon arriving we were greeted Goodday! Approximately 5 times staff came to ask us for help and they were very pleasant. Twice I asked them about the Puma Rebound Layup but they didn't have in the size for hubby and then Puma tights. You can tell the sneakers sold out quick, especially as Easter. It didn't have much to choose from. Finally was able to get a sneakers for our son. It was Shaq ? for our son which he liked. We would definitely visit again.
Thank you to the staff yesterday Saturday, you all were very pleasant and this makes the customer experience even more enjoyable. ??”

From the moment I walked in, the owner (whom I did not know was the owner till the end) was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the sport. He took the time to help me find exactly what I needed, whether it was gear for practice or equipment upgrades.
The selection is impressive; everything from gloves and bats to apparel and accessories. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, which made the shopping experience even better.

“What a great soccer shop in the heart of the valley. These days finding a good soccer store is really hard to do, especially given the fact that Soccer is blossoming so much in the states.
This store serves as a primary team jersey shop for most of the teams in the San Fernando Valley, they have tons of authentic and replica jerseys, and a good selection of soccer boots.

“As soon as I walked in, I was effectively directed, guided and advised. I wanted a new BB gun and stopped at Turners first because I figured a firearms dealer would also have great BB guns.
As it turned out, Big 5 had a far more impressive and comprehensive inventory beyond my expectations. Buying too many things quickly became a concern for me.
The best part about my visit was Brenda’s knowledgeable and effective assistance.
Brenda answered my questions with ease, clear familiarity and confidence. It was impressive. I left with a BB gun that is a replica of the Glock 19X—which I didn’t even know was available. I am very happy with my purchase. 5 stars.”
