“We purchased several big trees from Big Trees Nursery and the service was excellent. Notably, about a year after installation, one of the trees appeared (to me) to be unhealthy, maybe even dying. I called Big Trees and they sent someone out quickly to assess the tree. It appeared just to need more water and Pedro thought that there was a good chance it could be saved. I was impressed that, a year after the sale, someone came out - at no charge - to assess the tree's health. Big thumbs up!”

“What a Great Store. The staff in the Wood Department are totally in a league of their own. Its like the Top Gun crew of all Home Depot's for sure. I barley shop this store in recent years, but have shopped here since it opened. Im in town helping a couple of friends that live out this way so I've now spent some time in this location. Wood Department, Loaders, and the Ladies at the Pro Checkout are Amazing. They are knowledgeable, experienced, courteous, friendly. It is a pleasure to shop there. Thumbs 👍 Thank You Staff!!”

“An absolute 5 starts+ to this location and Angel of course! I hope the store manager, Vida sees this review. I am sharing my absolute gratitude to Angel in the Home and Gardening department. When my husband and I purchased our new home, we were quoted around $8k or more by landscaping companies for simply planting plants. It seems pretty high as new home owners, but we weren't sure if that was a good deal or not, so we went to a couple of nurseries. The prices went to about $2k-$3k. A little skeptical at this point about the price in plants and labor costs - we continued to shop. After some good ole' YouTube and some enthusiastic ambition, we took a trip to Home Depot and met the Plant Legend himself - Angel! His name couldn't be any more suiting! He helped us find the perfect, drought resistant plants that look absolutely beautiful in our home. He patiently walked us through each step to get it right! He literally spent an hour with us, educating us on proper care and maintenance. He helped make it really easy, especially for me, since I have a horrible curse of basically looking at a plant, and it dies! Yikes! Not these plants though! We literally walked out spending under $300 for the plants and couldn't be happier! They are such great quality, and I love the Home Depot policy. Keep the containers, and if they don't work out within a year, you can take them back for a replacement or a refund! Seriously, couldn't be happier! Thanks Home Depot Escondido! Especially Angel!”

“I've been meaning to write a review for Denise in the Plumbing Department at Home Depot for a while, but better late than never. To provide some context, when we recently moved to North County, we needed an adaptor to connect our portable washing machine to the sink in our new place. Unfortunately, we had trouble finding the right adapter, even after searching on other platforms like Amazon and eBay, leading to multiple wrong-size purchases and returns.Our sink required a unique adapter, and we were unsure where to find it. That's when we decided to seek assistance at Home Depot to resolve our predicament. When we arrived, we asked several people for help and were redirected a couple of times before someone experienced in the plumbing department was called. This is when we met Denise.Denise immediately understood our situation and got to work. She was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. After assessing our needs, she identified the appropriate adapter size to connect our portable washer. Given our previous unsuccessful attempts to find the correct adapter, my partner and I agreed that this was the most practical solution.Denise efficiently assisted us and provided detailed explanations of everything we needed to know. Home Depot is fortunate to have an employee like Denise, and we are grateful for her help. I highly recommend this location for any home improvement needs, especially for plumbing-related concerns.”
