“Knowledgeable, friendly staff gave a more personal experience. Got here an hour before closing on a Sat for soil and it was a quick trip. Will be back for mulch once everything gets planted! Also, lower prices than the soil place that is kind of next door.”

When I ran into issues checking out — especially with an item that wouldn’t scan and seemed impossible to resolve — she stepped in immediately with focus and determination. She didn’t just point me somewhere else or leave me stuck. She stayed right there with me, working through every option until she found a solution.
What really hit me was how she refused to give up. She kept troubleshooting, checking the system, trying different approaches, and making sure I wasn’t left without answers. She made it clear she wasn’t walking away until everything was taken care of. That kind of dedication is rare.

“I normally don't review hardware stores and I normally do not shop at this location, but I had a real great customer service experience. As soon as I walked in the door, someone greeted me and asked if I need help. I normally don't ask for help but I said I needed some assistance with specific light switches and fan controller. The gentleman who covers that area just happened to be standing next to the greeter. He looked at the switches I brought with me and was able to quickly get me what I needed that they had in stock. He identified that the other switch is not something they carry so he identified the model number and I ordered it from Amazon. He was very helpful and friendly. I ended up buying a few other items and was able to check out with minimal wait. Overall, it was a much better and quicker experience than I expected.”
