“I see some negative reviews and I’m really surprised. This is my go-to UPS Store and I’ve never had better experiences anywhere else. I’ve passed on other options (and other UPS Stores) to bring UPS or USPS drop-offs here because I trust the staff and there’s hardly ever a wait/line.
All of the staff are extremely friendly and patient. The pricing is no different than anywhere else (including Amazon returns that they have ZERO control of). I was not paid or otherwise incentivized to post this.”

The young man that assisted me was about 25-30, dark hair and glasses. He was very patient with me as the item I dropped off fell out of its box. He was courteous and smiling and helped me out very quickly. I even said when I left this is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sadly I don’t know his name but this was at 11:15, today July 23rd, he was at the 2nd register from the left and I wanted to personally let you know that he is a valued employee. Pls add this to my 5 star review on google”
