“You can call me and my hubby "sneaker head", and when it comes to shoes, Shoe palace is the place where we can find hype shoes. We love going to this location since we love how we were treated the first time that we went there. Great customer service and also they will tell you about some merchandise that are on sale, I mean good buys. Their manager is very nice and so as the rest of the employees. While we were there, employees asked us if we need size for our shoes. They give us time to browse around before they ask if we need anything. They are great on suggesting other stuff that they sell in their store. I would say that this is a great customer service”
“I went looking for a specific brand and color of soccer socks, and even the manufacturer did not carry what I needed. So I went to the Colosseum and the gentleman in the front greeted me when I came in the door, and he physically walked me over to the soccer sock and got me the brand and color that I needed so instead of me, wandering aimlessly in the store, I was able to check in and out in two minutes and I was pleasantly treated. I will be back for the customer service and the huge selection.”

“The staff at this location did above and beyond!!!! Super polite and helpful!! I hd gone to 4 other shoe stored before coming here. My daughter is 9 but wears women's size shoes and still doesn't want to learn to tie her shoes. These girls went out if their way to not only help me find shoes for my daughter but try and teach her how to tie her shoes. I wish i could have gotten their names. But if this gets to then THANK YOU!!! You literally made my daughters day today!!!! Definitely will make this place my go to for shoes!!!”
