“We had such a great experience here! This was actually our third attempt at finding the right shoes for my husband, and Joey, the assistant manager, was incredible. They took SO much time with us, did all of the different tests, asked a ton of questions, and really took the time to understand what my husband needed instead of just trying to sell us a pair of shoes. We finally feel like we found the right solution, and it was exactly the kind of help we had been looking for. Joey truly went above and beyond and was also just an absolute delight to work with. “Ryan at the New Balance Factory Store was amazingly helpful. I was immediately asked if I needed assistance upon entering, and I was looking for a running shoe and another for everyday wear. Ryan helped measure my feet with Brannock device, provided a few options for me to try, and assisted with ensuring a proper fit. “Just so you know, there is no 'can you check the back for xyz'; what is out on the floor is what you see (no shade). You can order more online though. Thankfully the employee found my size on the shelf (ya girl is blind ?), so we didn't have to order it. But it was really chill in there. I will say they have a good amount of supportive sandals.
