“I love going into this store - I have purchased a few things... a lovely plant stand - bronze, with 3 plants that are just thriving, a beautiful blue butterfly and quite a few other treasures. People ask and I refer them to this shop. Prices are decent and compared to other places, very reasonable. I love the eucalyptus and go in to purchase quite often, the fragrance is wonderful in our bathroom. The other day I went in to purchase a gold butterfly, hoping it's still there when I go in later, no was there to retrieve it from the wall. Abby, was very helpful, assisted me with some things I purchased, and just couldn't be any more pleasant. It made the my shopping experience all that more enjoyable.”

“Fallbrook, Ca. This place is closing its doors soon, I recommend getting here in early October, 2023. Probably best to call and make sure the gates will be open before you make the trip (760-990-4762).The selection of plants is a bit overwhelming. One could easily buy a truck load. I wish the plants were better marked, I would have probably bought more. They are not priced either (there is a general price guide but limited)but if you can get one of the owners to walk with you to the plants in question, they will provide a wealth of information. I think they are probably more geared to wholesale sales to landscape professionals than to small garden hobbyists like myself. The prices are not give away, but very fair. In addition I got some kind of discount that was worth 15%, and to top it all off I got a gift plant priced at $15. The next location will be Yucca Valley, quite a bit further than my current one hour drive.”

“Best selection and prices in Fallbrook. I loaded up the car (frunk, rear cargo area and even folded the rear seats down. Then I packed out a small cargo trailer and drove all the way back to North OC. Can’t wait to plant them back home. Great selection of hard-to-find succulents among other popular varieties. Nice selection of aloes too. Rosalina is super knowledgeable and helpful.”

“My parents own a landscape business - introduced me to this nursery. Love the staff, service, & plant availability! Prices are great & so much more affordable than other nurseries in San Diego! I highly recommend checking out R Z Nursery for your gardening/landscaping needs!”

“Mind blowing selection of plants! Headed back for a second visit- it was a sensory overload event for me- everywhere I looked there were wonderful plants. They’ve been around for over 25 years and it shows in the impressive collection. I will never buy succulents from a big box retailer again. One of the workers showed me an app, Picture This, that can help identify what plants I’m looking at, because the only thing I’d improve on is to get everything labeled- worker told me that’s in the plans for the future so that’s why it’s still a 5 star gem for me. Prices reasonable. Make sure to drive down the road a little- their signage is right on the corner intersection on an empty piece of land that they recently purchased so at first glance I thought maybe they’d closed down- nope! They have thousands of amazing plants. Must visit if you’re a plant nerd like me.”

“Only place I will purchase fruit trees. Everyone that works there is extremely helpful and know their plants and trees. Huge selection in about any size pot you can imagine. If you've been to some of the other nurseries, then come here, you will appreciate the staff and the healthy trees & bushes and won't purchase anywhere else.”

“I started using the coconut coir with my plants and landscaping and I really appreciate how easy it is to work with a single mix, how we have been able to reduce our fertilizer use and the plants seem to grow faster. It also reduces root rot. The team at RS Growers is very friendly, even though they cater to about 2000 customers world-wide! And, I've learned that the coco coir side of the business provides jobs for people in villages in India and other parts of the world. Very cool.”

“First time being here. I've seen them do live sales on instagram too wherein they give you really great deals. They have common to rare plants available. I've seen variety of plants. Indoor to outdoor plants. Hoyas, philo, succulents, plumerias, alot. Drive was kinda scary, I did miss the turn. Lots of curvy roads and it is a private road, I thought I was trespassing . Anyways check out the photos/vids.”

“Call ahead since the opening hours on Yelp don't match their current hours.Stopped by the check our their selection. M&J is a smaller nursery, but they pack a lot of plants inside. 100% of the nursery is under a greenhouse or canopy, which is unusual. So, the plants are in really good shape with no hail damage, heat damage, etc. They have tons of cacti and succulents ranging from extra small to medium. I was able to find a handful of rarer plants during my visit. The prices are fair and the service was excellent. Overall, I thought it was worth stopping by even for only a quick visit.”

“They sold me a reed avacado tree 24 inch box equivelant in round container. They delivered and planted it. Awesome crew, the tree has 25 cados each the size of a baseball right now. Planted it in may. Very satisfied with this smaller nursery.”

“Excellent selection, wonderful service and very fair prices. We drove quite a distance to buy more because they are by far the best place to buy boulders - worth it to drive from the LA area!”

“This more for landscapers so the parts and pieces to repair are more likely to be found here. Not at all like a chain garden center. Lots of great tools you might not find at a home garden center If you start here you will be happy that you didn't waste your time elsewhere. Note - this not so much a destination for a large selection of rows and rows of plants.”
