“They have the best gas price. Best of all, they've just added handwash to their car wash. They clean your car with brush, soap and water, then you take your car inside and the machine washes your car and after the dryer ends, they dry your car with cloth. Very nice people and always courteous.”

“Stopped by at Folson to charge our Tesla.itnonly took about 5 minutes to charge our Tesla and we are ready to go again. Went to this Sam's club on a Sunday at around 10am. The store was pretty empty and there were no lines on the check out stations. We went to buy 2 pizza combos and used the restrooms. The restroom was clean and the service was fast.”

“WHEW!!! I know this place has gotten some terrible reviews, but I don't give a damn -- my 08 Chevy equinox has not looked this good in YEARS!!!!!! I bought the groupon for $99, made the appt, started freaking out as I read the reviews on yelp, got the usual "upsale" at the biz, and yes it took six hours instead of four and yes my seats were a little damp but they will dry!!! They did a phenomenal job on my little SUV! It looks brand new again! I would definitely recommend this business to others! Want to make your older car new again??? Take it here!!!”

“Today my car overheated on 50 a mile from the folsom exit. I found this 76 by accident, saving me hours of potential walking. The attendants treated me amazing considering my greasy hands and distress. Upon returning to them a second time for supplies, one of the employees gifted me their own used lunch bag and another personally walked me to the pump to help me fill my gas can, then offered her time and scissors to cut off the attached filler piece on new gas can. I am so flipping grateful for these 2 women today. This is how a business earns a lifetime customer and I vote these ladies get a raise. Thank you.”

“This is my favorite ampm of all time. I had long nightly commutes from the Bay Area to Folsom daily. This was my safe spot. It has clean restrooms and nice staff. Sadie was always there to greet me and be kind and helpful. It also has a good selection of caffeine, from hot or cold coffee to tea to energy drinks. They have good snacks and don't over cook the hot foods. Parking is easy and the gas station and store are kept up nicely. Always clean. 5 pm or 2 am, they were always consistent. I'm actually going to miss coming here. In a tough time of my life, this place (and Sadie specifically) made me feel at home.”

“The location is badly located.
I have been attempting to go here for 4 years.
I have been completely unable to turn into this gas station.
There is either a car coming right out of where you're supposed to turn into. There is no arrows to tell the cars getting out that people are going to be incoming.
This gas station needs more lot space arrows painted on the ground.
If you are on Madison then you are going about 50 mph if not there is someone going about 80 mph tail gating you as you have your blinker trying to turn. Due to this it's hard to slow down enough to turn into here.
If you do turn you will be making a wide turn even if you try to slow down just as it would be when you're turning from high velocity.
The speed and the slope of the sharp right then another right turn does not allow you to turn there from that type of velocity.
Even when you turn your blinker on the car's behind you are going so fast that they are not slowing down enough so that you can be able to turn.
Then you have to be looking out for the car that's probably going to be turning out or coming out of somewhere some direction there.
So there's just not enough lot space for people to actually turn into there.
I honestly just find that Shell stations have the worst locations.
I was given a gift card and I've not even been able to come and use it because I can't even turn into the station any of them really for that matter of fact.
Basically they are placed in locations of such high velocity it's incredibly hard to just turn into them when there's cars coming out of the same location where you're trying to turn into.
Someone should petition the city to slow down the speed there so people are capable of turning in safely and getting out safely.”
“For best prices on gas, make sure to go shopping at raley's first. The more groceries you buy, the better. So ideally only buy groceries when you can fill the entire cart.Note there are a few pumps in the middle that are really slow.”

“We aren’t local, but visit Folsom often to visit my grandma. My mom was wearing very sentimental jewelry that she’s had for over 30 years, and hours into our drive home she realized it had fallen off somewhere. I called Chevron this morning and they actually had it! My grandma went and picked it up. I am so grateful to the person that found it, and to the employees that kept it at the front instead of tossing it or taking it home. Also the bathrooms were clean lol. 5 stars.”

“Like every Costco gas station, lots of lanes and many pumps, so although there was a line, it moved quickly. We waited about two minutes. Interestingly, they had diesel fuel, and a couple of smaller commercial delivery trucks were in line and took up a lot of space in the normal-width lanes. It was just a few minutes off of the freeway.”
