I searched for earliest opening store and came here 15 min before store opens.
Keith came out of the door and listened to my story and prepared new phone for me before even store opens so that all is ready to go at 9am. He then researched to see how he can not increase my monthly bill with new phone purchase (S25) and I ended up buying new phone for wife iPhone 16 pro max) and brought montly bill by $40. At the end he gave me a high end Anker power bank as a gift and gave me his business card. I had minor problem that night at remote location on my job and I texted him and he replied. Next day he tried to help me remotely without me coming in as I was far. Away. I've never seen anyone so nice and competent at Verizon store. This guy should be in the training department.”

I usually dread going into retail stores but I promised my daughter a cell phone for her birthday. Mobile Experts Andy Bill and Dylan Flippin were incredibly honest, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. They made the process quick, fun, and did not try to upsell me.
