The team—Shady, Claire, Jessica, and Madelyn—are extremely knowledgeable and do a great job explaining the products and helping you find the right fit. My brother‑in‑law is a firefighter and motorcycle rider, and he has gotten incredible use out of the phone case and mount. “Natalie was great. Ended up having a problem and calling the store to try to fix it. The other guy that works there picked up and then put me on hold. I literally drove to the store while on hold, saw him just talking to people, and had Natalie help me instead. When I’d come in earlier she had gotten through like 3 customers and me before he’d finished one.

The person helping me was an absolute genius in finding out what plan worked and what phone would be best. I believe if i am correct their name was Taylor, if anything he was sort of a tall brown haired man. Thank you so much for helping me out! Until I get that money for the phone!”
“Bought the iphone case with lens cover. Great customer service and warranty. Love the product design and lens protection.
I also got the airpods carrying case. The magnetics are strong, and manual clamp is a great design to prevent the airpods from falling out.”
“The actual people working there are friendly and give great, quick service. The company does everything right except for understaffing this location. Everytime I go the waittime is high and theres only 2 or 3 people working. Theres always like 5 people that need help in the store. Im happy with the company and the people but please staff more people.”
