“This is the only NFCU in the area so the bank itself can get a little crowded and depending on the time and day you go, you can have trouble finding parking as this NFCU is located in the back of a shopping center. I've only ever went inside once but it was clean, the clerks were nice and super helpful. There's two ATMs outside and I've never had any issues with them. Lately they've had cobwebs on them so I wish they could wipe those down every once in a while but it's exposed to the elements so it's to be expected.”

“I had the best experience as a customer at BOA unfortunately I did have to close my account due to personal reasons. I sat down Ricardo Ramirez and we did open a new line of credit w/ a new card he provided me with so much information that I wasn't aware of and most of the time at the bank you just want to enter and leave. This time it was different I had the best conversation with him. He is very dedicated on what he does and really cares about the customers of BOA.”
“Had to make a deposit and they had a drive up ATM (most do not). Was able to (fairly quickly) conduct my transaction before cars started piling up behind me (only one lane). I did not see an outside ATM to walk up to.”
