“I had a great experience at Dynamic Auto Works when I brought in my mom’s Tesla Model Y for four new tires and an alignment. Adam was extremely helpful and transparent, taking the time to explain both economical options as well as higher-priced tire choices so we could make the best decision without any pressure. The service was fast and efficient — he had my mom’s car in and out in no time. It’s clear that Adam and his team value honesty, quality work, and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Dynamic Auto Works for all your car maintenance and service needs.”

“ABC Auto Body Collision was genuinely helpful from the moment I brought my car in. My insurance dragged out the investigation for a full week with no in-person inspection and no updates, and it only moved forward after I called and my agent wrapped it up in a couple of minutes. The car was declared totaled, so no repairs were done, but by then a week of storage fees had piled up and my insurer refused to cover them. Rather than pass that cost on to me, ABC absorbed it themselves. They also gave me honest advice on handling my claim and advocated for me throughout. That’s not something a shop has to do, and it says everything about how they treat their customers. Highly recommend.”

“Got my car fixed here - solid work, fair price and no upselling nonsense. They quoted me upfront and it done relatively quickly. My repair wasn't super complicated, so I can't speak to how they handle bigger jobs, but for what I needed, they were reliable and hassle-free”

“Got my car stolen and the recovered and Caliber came up to Oakland to tow it back to the shop for me. They worked pretty quickly to order parts and got my keyhole fixed and reprogrammed, fixed the steering column due to hot wiring. They also fixed our grill. Invoice was about $1200 and deductible $500 with my insurance. I appreciate how they provided updates on the progression of the repairs. No issues. Claude says pricing fair for the Bay Area as well.”

“Love this place. Farid is a very honest guy. Someone hit my suv. We took it to this shop. The guy responsible try to push aftermarket part on the repair but Farid said no and told the guy to take the repair elsewhere if they are going to cheat the owner. He had the guy buy oem parts. It Just shows how legit this guy is. Stood up and did the right thing without the owner of the car even knowing about it.”

“I recently had my Tesla Model Y body repair done with Spark Collision Center. Fantastic job. Reyes you are such a great technician! Like new after replacing a piece, fixing the scratch and applied paint. When I picked up the car, I noticed it also got detailed and clean. Also to mention, Mahamed is very friendly and honest guy to talk to. I recommend this shop, whether you have insurer pay or you pay by yourself, they do same good job.”

“Gus did what he said he would do. He brought back my M5 from the dead with his relentless attention to detail, his willingness to go the extra mile and find any way possible to even restore a pixel computer system that no longer displayed the mileage. The paint match was flawless for my LeMans Blue 2002 and the list goes on. I plan to return to him for more details for the interior as this was a massive restoration project he undertook and he checked the mechanics going beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Gus to my friends, family and all of my clients who need a true specialist in this craft that you can TRUST. Thank you Gus.”

“Excellent experience with Caliber Collision in Fremont location! The entire repair process was handled professionally and smoothly from start to finish. A special thank you to Monica and Hugo for their outstanding communication, helpfulness, and keeping me informed throughout the whole process. I also really appreciate that this is a BMW Certified Collision Repair Center. The repair work was excellent and OEM parts were preferable. They also went the extra mile by giving my car a full wash and detailed cleaning before returning it to me. The car looked fantastic. Everything was done perfectly! I highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone looking for high-quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and a truly hassle-free repair experience — especially for bmw owners. Again, Monica and Hugo were absolutely superb and helpful all along.”

“Preferred Auto Body agreed to do a collision job on my classic car when a lot of other shops turned down this kind of work. The job took a while but the car looked fantastic in the end. The shop owner, Luciano, even helped me out with a situation with my daily driver that saved me a lot of money and a lot of headache.”

“I bought a set of tires from tirerack.com and I chose Rich's Smog & repair to install the set. Billy was super informative regarding scheduling and installation. I had front rotors & pads that needed installed and they were also able to accommodate. When I came to pick up the car, Billy even took the time to explain about what to look out for regarding wear and tear of tires. Also, my car is lowered and they were still able to work on my car. TLDR: Informative, great service, accommodating. Highly recommend.”

“Can’t recommend this place enough! I took my Mazda here after a bad accident, and David was great! My car was close to being totaled, but I wanted it fixed, and they were able to work with my insurance to get it back into near perfect shape. They also had a decent loaner vehicle for me to use during the two months they had to keep it, even when I didn’t have rental coverage. I couldn’t even tell the car had been in an accident apart from a small indentation in the front lower grille. They also did a very nice detail job before returning my car to me. Very honest and upfront about the whole process!”

“I posted a very negative review last Monday but can not find it again to delete it or edit it. I was probably unaware of the process and wrote a bad review. I had my Tesla model X car in the shop with my Tesla insurance. I was concerned as there was no action or updates for first 10 days but it was normal procedure for them to tear down my car and also get payment from my insurance company. After 10 days when all formalities were completed by them my car was ready just in 4 days with live updates over the tests. The work done was amazing and with full satisfaction.”

“I had an excellent experience getting my Honda Accord repaired at Crash Champions in Fremont, and Luis deserves special recognition. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making the process easier. Car repairs can be stressful, but his care and willingness to help made me feel valued as a customer and confident in the team. As a business owner, I appreciate employees who take ownership of the customer experience and understand that every interaction shapes a company’s reputation. Luis left that impression on me. His approach builds the kind of trust that brings customers back and makes them comfortable recommending a business to others. I also see real leadership potential in him. The professionalism and customer focus I experienced are qualities you want in someone guiding a team. I hope Crash Champions continues investing in his growth and gives him opportunities to take on greater responsibility. He’s someone I could see helping strengthen the company’s service culture over the long term. Thank you, Luis, for making this such a positive experience. You represented your team exceptionally well!”

“This place has exceptional customer service and hospitality. With dealing with my first accident in over a decade, they really made sure I was taken care of and wasn’t belittled like other shops. Wilbur and Jason always kept me in the loop and worked with what was best with my schedule without inconveniencing me. They were honest about any changes in plans and any unforeseen circumstances that they discovered. Carmen was extremely courteous and explained any questions I had with clarity and detail. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that ever got into the same situation as me.”
