I unfortunately hit my Prius within the first two weeks I bought it, and all other stores I spoke to give me an hourly rate around 220-250. I almost thought I would give up on this car. “I bought a set of tires from tirerack.com and I chose Rich's Smog & repair to install the set. Billy was super informative regarding scheduling and installation. I had front rotors & pads that needed installed and they were also able to accommodate. When I came to pick up the car, Billy even took the time to explain about what to look out for regarding wear and tear of tires. Also, my car is lowered and they were still able to work on my car. TLDR: Informative, great service, accommodating. Highly recommend.”

“Can’t recommend this place enough! I took my Mazda here after a bad accident, and David was great! My car was close to being totaled, but I wanted it fixed, and they were able to work with my insurance to get it back into near perfect shape. They also had a decent loaner vehicle for me to use during the two months they had to keep it, even when I didn’t have rental coverage. I couldn’t even tell the car had been in an accident apart from a small indentation in the front lower grille. They also did a very nice detail job before returning my car to me. Very honest and upfront about the whole process!”
“I had an appointment booked for a wheel alignment, but when I arrived, it turned out something went wrong and my reservation had been lost. It seemed like the whole visit was about to go badly, but the manager stepped in and saved the day. He rearranged other cars that were scheduled for later and got mine taken care of right away.
