I have been fighting the incompetent call center for 3 months to resolve an issue. Luis is the man. Came here twice. Both times he was able to get the next step resolved. If you need anything, upgrade, new line , I highly recommend you drive here and ask for him. He knows how to ensure it's done right.

Great experience.. just some of their policies are lame. They have an online deal up to $1000 on a trade-in. I upgraded to s24 Ultra. Had to call to do the upgrade to get the deal and wait 30 min in store for it to be ready for me to pick up. Pther than that.. the store is great. No waiting when I went . I was dreading this. I went to the store to get a new phone and plan. I was helped by Ruby. One word. AWESOME!!! She walked me through the whole process, which included transferring all my data. It was totally seamless and effortless. Great job, Ruby!!!
