Everywhere you turn there's something incredible to check out. Don't miss the long boxes of artist sketchbooks under the shelves of what's on display! It's easy to tell the staff takes pride in the curation of the books they have on offer. The staff was super helpful, and very nice. I had a great conversation with Terrance, who was affable, and kindly offered to help make it easy to get books into my hands since I live out of state. We’ve bought countless gifts for family, friends, and let’s admit it - ourselves - here. They manage to include a wide variety of housewares, games, books, toys, art and craft supplies, jewelry, decor, and accessories into a cozy shop. There is an assortment of cards for life’s many occasions, with creative sentiments and plenty of personality to express what you can’t always find the words to communicate. We have spent many happy afternoons just browsing through the aisles and considering what we might want to buy. “I recently visited New Life Christian Bookstore about two weeks ago while searching for a Bible for my wife. I had been looking online but couldn’t find anything that really stood out to me. When I searched for local options, I was surprised to find this bookstore less than a mile from my home, so I decided to stop by—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt peaceful and welcoming. It’s a smaller bookstore, but honestly, that’s part of what makes it special. I’d much rather support a local business that serves the community than just order something online. They had a great selection of Bibles, and I ended up choosing a beautiful purple one for my wife. What made it even more meaningful was the engraving—they were able to add her name to it. There is a small fee, which is completely expected, but the result was absolutely worth it. The engraving is done on Thursdays when Gloria is there, and she did an amazing job. My wife absolutely loves her new Bible. Her previous one had been damaged, so this meant a lot to her—and to me. Seeing her joy every time we go to church now makes the experience even more special. There’s something different about being able to walk into a place, hold the Bibles, flip through them, and truly connect with what you’re choosing, instead of just ordering online and hoping for the best. Overall, it was a beautiful experience. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a Bible or any Christian materials. “I love this store, located inside the Mitsuwa market. It offers a great selection of books, pens, stickers, traveler’s Notebooks, and many gift items. You can also find Japanese manga and other unique Japanese goods. Their always excellent selection includes blank books, journals, plushies, and cute tote bags. Also, some T-shirts, mugs, mood rings, and coffee mugs. Immediately next door, you'll find a market specializing in all Japanese foods and sundry items. This includes fresh sushi to go and shops featuring all kinds of Japanese fast food. After shopping, you can enjoy a meal there—shop, then eat: it's a great plan. Friendly service. Easy to park!”

The store has a broad, open layout with lower shelving that lets you see across the space, giving it a welcoming and easy-to-navigate feel. There’s a huge children’s area along with a very nice café space. One detail that stands out is the wraparound mural featuring well-known authors, which adds character and makes the interior feel more engaging. The overall setup is clean and thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable place to browse and spend time. I also spent a few minutes in the romance section while writing The Maui Desire Romance Series, and it’s a well-organized area that fits nicely alongside the thriller shelves. The staff has been friendly and helpful, and the surrounding shopping center is very well kept with plenty of parking, which makes visiting easy. One of my fave things about bookstores is all the little extra items because it says a lot about the bookstore's philosophy. My take on theirs is that they are very community-forward, they got a lotta style and believe in excellent design, and they love their people. I attended a book talk/signing and they have a wonderful space upstairs. Please go check it out! It's new (only a few months) and we need to keep this business here. Books are life! :)”

I have never had any issues with my taxes or refunds and their pricing is fair. Dolores is very knowledgeable and keeps updated with the new laws and policies to get you the best return. They take cash, card and in the last few years Zelle for payment. My family has also used their services to book all inclusive travel packages to Europe and Mexico. We all have had nothing but good experiences at Belsan Travel.”
Barnes & Noble is proving that physical bookstores aren't going anywhere. The retailer just opened three new locations across Texas and South Carolina, marking another step in its comeback story. Barnes & Noble opened 57 stores in 2024 alone - more than it had opened in the entire decade from 2009 to 2019. The company isn't slowing down either, with plans to open more than 60 new stores in 2025 and a goal of reaching over 1,000 stores nationwide in the coming years.
