“Despite making a last-minute reservation, there was space in the car, and the fee structure was easy to understand, so I was able to use the service with peace of mind.
Not only was the car in good condition, but the staff was also very kind.
Being able to make inquiries and make reservations through LINE was very helpful, and most importantly, being able to communicate in Japanese was reassuring.
During my one-week stay in Torrance, I had some free time the day before I left, so I went around Santa Monica and the city, and then used it as a means of transportation to the airport on the day I returned.
Store staff will take you from a store near the airport to the airport terminal.
I used Uber to get around during my stay, but it costs about $35 to $50 just to get between West Hollywood and Torrance, and about $35 from the airport to Torrance, so depending on the time of day, distance traveled, and frequency, you may have to use Uber or rent a car. I think it's good to use it in combination with.
I would like to use it again on my next visit.

She was courteous, friendly and despite the stress of dealing with other customers before she got to me, on my pickup and return, she maintained a warm smile, pleasant demeanor and overall positive energy. If I could only ever be helped by Lynda, I would no doubt have a guaranteed return to Hertz. My previous experiences have put a damper on my loyalty but I will at least try to return to this location if the need arises.
