“I took my car here after it was keyed and Harvey took such good care of me. He was incredibly nice and made me feel less embarrassed about the situation. He fixed my car in 2 days which is really really quick for how deep the scratches were. I also have a black car which is one of the hardest colors to match, and he matched it perfectly. “I was in Gilroy Ca with the wife on a shopping trip. My car dash indicated that my left brake and tail light was inoperable. While the wife shoped, I decided to find some bulbs and fix the lights. Looking at the map of the area, I noticed a Napa about a mile away from my location. I drove over, but I couldn't tell if they were open. I gave them the old bulb, and they went off to get a replacement. In the meantime, the owner and I talked about food, all kind of beans and other southern delicious foods. The bulb showed up and I departed with a warm feeling resulting from the interaction I had with some great folks.”
“Easy peasy oil change service. I scheduled it online which was so easy and convenient so it allowed me to schedule a 4:30pm appointment. I received a confirmation text! I replied asking if I needed to leave my car overnight or if I would wait while the the car was serviced…crickets. I called but no one answered so I left a message…more crickets. On THE DAY and about 1.5 hours before I drove to take my car I get a phone call asking if I was going to leave my car overnight. I am so grateful for that call because I took time off work to get that done and it would have been a waste of time had they not called. I told him I had text and called; he didn’t know anything about that! 😬 Unfortunately they hadn’t updated their schedule online and said his guys leave at 3:30pm. I had to reschedule, ask for time off again but once I arrived it was GREAT! Now I know to schedule it anytime before 3pm!!!!”

“After dealing with repeated issues at another collision shop (caliber collision), I came here for a second opinion and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and confident that my car was in good hands.
The technician, Ozzy, helping me was honest and thorough right away. He explained that my bumper needed to be properly replaced along with new brackets and a new headlight—something the previous shop failed to address after multiple repair attempts. He also pointed out that the prior shop had used glue on my bumper and even added an unnecessary third screw to the headlight.
This team corrected everything properly and professionally. My bumper is now fully secure, aligned correctly on both sides, and has held up exactly as it should after normal driving.
