The American Eagle & Aerie store in the Glendale Galleria is located on the 2nd floor. The store is clean, well kept, and offers a wide variety of styles at reasonable prices. The staff provides friendly, helpful, kind, and excellent customer service. However, the store can be difficult to find within the mall, as directions can be incorrect. Also, be aware that personal information is required for returns. The store features high quality jeans and clothes made to fit everyone, alongside cute products in the Aerie section next door. Overall, it provides a good shopping experience with very good customer service.
Really happy to still have American Eagle in my life! Their clothes fits me so perfect!! So many style shirts to pick from and I love their skinny jeans.. they are very soft!

I love the range of products this store has, I just had a horrible experience with Cashier 0W8184. Be cautious of who you’re shopping with, the rest of the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly.
