I previously shared a very frustrating experience regarding Power of Attorney processing during a difficult time when my mother was hospitalized. That initial experience involved inconsistent communication and unnecessary back-and-forth, which created added stress during an already challenging situation.
However, I want to update this review to recognize the Glendale branch manager (Hector), who truly went above and beyond to help resolve the matter.
He demonstrated patience, empathy, and professionalism throughout the follow-up process. Most importantly, he did exactly what he said he would do — he followed up consistently and made sure the situation was handled appropriately. That level of accountability and care made a meaningful difference.
While my initial experience was disappointing, the branch manager’s responsiveness and genuine concern helped restore confidence. His actions reflected the kind of customer care people deserve — especially when navigating serious life circumstances.
