“My neighborhood Walgreens. Had to run out and get some meds in the middle of the night. Luckily, open till 10pm. I often get the Walgreens version of the brand names meds and the offer much more budget friendly option. For example the antacid relief I am looking for is $24 brand name for 50 tabs and $6.99 Walgreens version for 20 tabs. Janie was working tonight and was very helpful in assisting me and getting me checked out quickly which was appreciated since I wasn't feeling so great.”
“I stopped by this 7 Eleven location to use my rewards that I had on the app. I came before lunch because this store is in a small plaza with limited parking spots. I found parking right in the front when I came.
When I walked inside, I went straight to the soda machine. I saw they had mountain dew code red as an option but when I pressed it, nothing happen. So I selected Cherry Coke and what came out did not look or taste like cherry coke. So I went with the standard cola.
The lady working the counter was confused on the rewards through the mobile app so I think the owner had to come help her. My reward was also for the big bites hot dog too so I got one. This location is different because you do everything yourself which all the other stores I been to never had this option. The hot dog buns and container is on the bottom of where the hot dog is. My drink was great and tasted like cola unlike before at another store. The hot dog was alright.”
“I just parked there I don't know what I was doing I thought I hit an animal so I was checking for blood and hair and fur and all that like that but there was no damage you know nothing it must have been a paper bag”
“$40+tip and it was a great value. I drive a Silverado 1500 crew. They wipe down and vacuum the inside. They dried off the out side and put armor all on the tires. I’m going back”
“I’ve been coming to the CVS Pharmacy on Balboa for a while now, and I honestly have to give them credit — this location stands out. The store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, which makes a huge difference when you’re trying to get in and out quickly.
The staff here is what really makes it. They’re consistently friendly, patient, and actually take the time to help instead of rushing you off. Whether it’s the front store or the pharmacy, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences.
The pharmacy team in particular is professional, efficient, and willing to answer questions without making you feel like a burden.
I also appreciate that they keep things stocked and running smoothly — I rarely have trouble finding what I need. It’s one of those locations where you can tell the team takes pride in their work.
Overall, this CVS is reliable, welcoming, and just easy to deal with. Definitely one of the better ones around the Granada Hills area.”

He took and logged my package quickly and with in a minute or two I had a text confirmation that it was received in their system . No complaints here .”

“Adrian is a passive aggressive employee with the worst attitude. He came off super annoyed and in a bad mood, constantly huffing and making me uncomfortable with his body language and mood. Idk why Walgreens hires people who clearly don't want to be there . So unfriendly and unwelcoming, will be the last time I shop at that Walgreens.”

I had an issue placing a photo order through the CVS app and called the store on the Fourth of July for help. Evelyn answered and went above and beyond to assist me. She patiently walked me through the app, helped identify what was causing the error, and guided me to the solution — all while professionally multitasking and attending to in-store customers as well.
She was warm, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. Her ability to balance phone support with in-person service was impressive, and I genuinely felt taken care of during the interaction. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at any store — especially on a holiday.

“This is our go-to gas station in the Grenada Hills/Northridge area. They're never out of gas, have decent prices, and decent snacks, it's relatively clean, and I'm never bothered by solicitors. Yesterday, my boyfriend and I decided to go in to purchase some scratchers and the clerk was polite and helpful while checking us out.”
