My insurance adjuster wasn't really the best with communicating some of the details with me, the repair, and car rental place, but Go auto was so accommodating, they were consistent, great at communicating updates on my car, accommodating me when my rental car policy expired. And when I got my car back it looked good as new. I also gave them my car when it was on low battery and they even charged it for me and made sure everything was clean. This is and will always be where I go to get my car repaired from now on.”

“I stopped in to ask a question about replacing the grille on my 2015 BMW as it had come with the 3 colored grille stripes which I didn't like. I had purchased new black ones and wanted them switched out. Dennis looked at my colored striped grille and said that the colors were just pop-off covers which I wasn't aware. He popped them off and didn't charge me anything for that. I thought it would be a whole production. He was very pleasant and professional, and I am very pleased with his level of customer service. I will definitely be back to see him when the occasion rises.”

“I called Fixit Auto Body because I needed a shop with a plastic welder to repair a broken bumper tab on my BMW. Manuel answered the phone and was extremely knowledgable about my issue so I brought my car in the next day. The repair was done in 15 minutes asides from the time it took me to remove my bumper. The weld came out immaculate and I don't use that word lightly, for I am beyond meticulous when it comes to my car. Larry knew I was particular and looking for quality in the work and price was not my only consideration. Larry assured me he would take very good care of my car and did Larry come through! A work that should have taken only 4 days ended up being about 10 days Larry literally refuse to release the car until he was 100% satisfied with the results! Larry is that rare bird/breed! I happen to needed a few " touchup" on one of my Lexus and Larry was referred to me from a few good friends from the Tesla club in the SF Bay Area. Most Tesla shops these days would not take the smaller jobs and refer the work out to other less known shops for the sake of additional profits and less headaches. Pao is the manager. He has been my trustworthy advisor. He is knowledgeable and informative. He always keep me updated with the repair process.My car had an engine misfire issue last month and brake/suspension problem earlier this year. “I took my wife's Chevy Traverse in for some side panel damage. I was referred to Curley & Reds by AAA. The staff was great. Super helpful. They ordered all of the parts first and when everything came in, they asked me to bring the car in so that way it could save in rental car fees since my vehicle was still operational. They estimated 2 weeks worth of work but finished well before that. The Traverse looks a GREAT! They also vacuumed and washed the car and looks just like it did when we bought it. I had a great experience with this company and would love to do business with them again!!”
