“I had a great experience getting a large dent from an accident fixed on mg truck. They were really a pleasure to work with. They got my vehicle fixed during the holidays. They sent updates throughout and were on time in completion. They even helped fixed something else I asked about at the very end and even gave me some very helpful free advice on how to fix something myself. Gary was super nice and it was a pleasure doing business with them. And the dent? Well, never to be discussed again because you can’t even tell it was ever there! Great work.”
“Fixit Auto Body Shop is outstanding!!! My car had some deep chipped paint on the doors, and I needed them fixed asap before returning my vehicle to BMW. Not only did the owner took time to assess the damage, he detailed the process, timeline, and gave a more than fair estimate for the work. I accepted, brought the car in, and the shop even gave me a ride to the car rental place so I can get my rental car. My car was fixed a full day ahead of schedule and look IMMACULATE when I went to pick it up. The shop even cleaned my car for me, and it truly looked brand new!!! Now we are suddenly sad about returning our leased car back to bmw because it looked SO GOOD! “I had an excellent experience with Musa and the team at SMT Auto Repair in San Mateo. I brought my Mercedes Benz in to have a damaged bumper repaired and was extremely pleased with their professionalism, prompt service, and attention to detail.
The shop was exceptionally clean and organized, which says a great deal about the care and pride they take in their work. I also appreciated that they protected the driver’s seat and floor with coverings while working on my car. When I picked it up, the interior had even been cleaned.

“I’ve owned cars for a long time and had to inevitably deal with body work many times. As an auto enthusiast who wrenches on his own vehicles and details them himself, I’ve always been able to tell when body work has been done. That was until the last two times I’ve been to Ma’s. The most impressive work was on the back end of an old Mazda5 with color shifting paint. There were no differences in color or orange peel with the original paint.
What’s been even more amazing is the way they stick behind their work. They did another flawless looking repair to the rear hatch of an SUV, but there was some creaking noticed before the repair. It sounded better after the repair but got worse months later. They spent a significant amount of time trying to track down the noise to stand behind their work. I can finally stop my search for autobody repair shops!”

“I can’t recommend this body shop enough. As a recent college grad going through this process for the first time, and without full coverage, so I had to handle everything myself without insurance’s help, so I really appreciated having Eric in my corner.
This wasn’t a smooth process. The at-fault insurance ignored our emails, delayed repairs, delayed the vehicle inspection, and severely undervalued parts. But Eric stuck with me through all of it! He was very patient, communicative, and always pushing things forward on my behalf.

I, too, have had nothing but great and thorough service from Dean throughout these years. My girlfriend is also a customer of Dean's. When her vintage 1989 BMW was in an accident it could have easily been deemed 'totaled'. But luckily we sought Dean's professional help and he was able to get "BRONZE BETTY" up and running like new in no time. “I worked with Kevin and he was amazing! I got into a car accident and needed the side of the car repaired. A friend recommended Maple to us so we decided to give it a try. To start off, Maple offers car pickup and drop off services so it was convenient even though we live in SF. While the vehicle was at Maple, I could message Kevin anytime and he would provide a response quickly (most of the time within minutes!) on the vehicle status. The best and most important part, when we got the vehicle back, Maple did such a good job, my car looked like it’s brand new. I would definitely go back if I ever need any auto repair.”

“Ma’s auto service is definitely the best on the Peninsula. I take all my cars there for all my auto body and service needs. They recently replaced my wife’s passenger side view mirror, my father-in-law’s badly tinted rear window and they even fixed a terrible wiring job that happened over 10 years ago that kept giving me faulty indicator lights on my dashboard for free!!! That wiring job alone took a full day and it was free of charge! Ma’s is hands down, the best and they will for sure take care you and your car.”
