“I could not be more pleased with my experience at Paulo's. After I got my quote I was impressed to see that Paulo went above my expectations by showing me pictures of the issues with his iPhone and explained everything in laymen terms. And I could tell that he's passionate about what he does and loves helping people with their cars - it's not just a job or business for him.He also showed me that he had my best interest in mind by recommending only $600 worth of repairs as essential and told me that if he was me that he wouldn't do the other $1700 repair until much further into the future given my situation and goal of just doing the essentials which he didn't know before hand. And for context: the $1700 repair was for the main issue that I came in for and the other $600 was stuff that he found when checking on my car.Also he's a great communicator (via phone and text) and works significantly faster then other mechanics I've gone to in the past and he provides an invoice with a clear breakdown of exactly everything he's charging you for.While working on my car he even called me and mentioned that the back windshield wiper was bad (which I already knew but had totally forgotten about) and told me that he could do it for $20 while he was working on it and have it done by the end of the day and had the price already prepared so I was able to take care of the wipers which I had been meaning to do and was glad that he noticed it and called because now I have that taken care of for my cross country road trip!Finally when everything was done I went in to pickup the car, reviewed the invoice and paid. As I was swiping my card Paulo double checked the invoice and noticed that there was a mistake on one of the prices for a part and brought it to my attention just after I paid the amount that I thought was fine. He immediately refunded the difference and apologized for the mistake which I didn't even notice being someone who doesn't know a lot about cars. Some might think that maybe someone might do that on purpose but knowing Paulo from my local church I could tell that it was an honest mistake and that he was being genuine.And after all that I tried giving him a cash tip for his great service and honesty and he graciously declined saying that he loves what he does and enjoys helping people. And as a college student I actually really appreciated that because I ended up spending significantly less then I thought I would overall!Thank you Paulo! I will be coming back to you for all my auto repair needs!”

The woman on the phone was very friendly, got all the relevant info and came in with a quote about $20 below several others I'd called. Since I would rather support a local small business and I didn't have to drive over the hill from the coast, this was an easy choice. I made an appointment for two days later, arrived early, and they got right on it. Not only did they have it done in under an hour, they came in $80 under the estimate. “I stopped in to ask a question about replacing the grille on my 2015 BMW as it had come with the 3 colored grille stripes which I didn't like. I had purchased new black ones and wanted them switched out. Dennis looked at my colored striped grille and said that the colors were just pop-off covers which I wasn't aware. He popped them off and didn't charge me anything for that. I thought it would be a whole production. He was very pleasant and professional, and I am very pleased with his level of customer service. “My review for Ma's Auto Repair is overdue. I've finally decided to leave one.I have been a customer with Ma's for several years now. I have always brought my Subaru Outback there for services. Pao is the manager. He has been my trustworthy advisor. He is knowledgeable and informative. He always keep me updated with the repair process.My car had an engine misfire issue last month and brake/suspension problem earlier this year. Of course I brought it to Pao and the crew at Ma's did the diagnosis and got the problems fixed in a timely manner. They also charge reasonably for the repairs. Kieran installed three different sets and I always had a strange noise. Kieran kept working on the issue and finally discovered I needed original parts. “Kai at Kaico motors is a all you need for any of your automotive repairs. He a has taken very good care of my classic cars and my newer cars. His service work is top notch and he is very trustworthy. Your car will be fixed right the first time and with a very reasonable price. Just recently he installed my Blackvue 750x dash cam in my Mercedes E63s wagon. It was a two channel setup with front and rear cams with hard wiring for monitoring while parked. The installation was perfect with no wires showing. I will recommend his dash cam installs to all of my friends and family.”
