“Ma’s auto service is definitely the best on the Peninsula. I take all my cars there for all my auto body and service needs. They recently replaced my wife’s passenger side view mirror, my father-in-law’s badly tinted rear window and they even fixed a terrible wiring job that happened over 10 years ago that kept giving me faulty indicator lights on my dashboard for free!!! That wiring job alone took a full day and it was free of charge! Ma’s is hands down, the best and they will for sure take care you and your car.”

“I recently had my 2012 Corolla serviced here for some issues due to normal wear and tear including replacing 2 front axels, transmission service, engine mount replacement, etc. I felt they gave me a good deal, explained things well to me and did a great job. “My 2013 Toyota Corolla suddenly had a check engine light on and the engine was shaking and I could tell something was wrong and was scared. Came the next morning here close to where my car was. I felt the whole process was great. Left my car at 7:30am and was told I would get a call back around 10am. Was called around 9:30am. They told me it was a misfired cylinder 2 and needed a new coil and 4 spark plugs. They told me I could also try to get 3 more coils because those were old too. I decided better to replace all because I want my car running well. When I came back at 5pm, they explained everything to me. Feel like they are fair and do a good job in what you expect when going to a mechanic.”

“Kai at Kaico motors is a all you need for any of your automotive repairs. He a has taken very good care of my classic cars and my newer cars. His service work is top notch and he is very trustworthy. Your car will be fixed right the first time and with a very reasonable price. Just recently he installed my Blackvue 750x dash cam in my Mercedes E63s wagon. It was a two channel setup with front and rear cams with hard wiring for monitoring while parked. The installation was perfect with no wires showing. I will recommend his dash cam installs to all of my friends and family.”

“Decent chain, and this location seems to be decently run. I have the misfortune to use the damage warranty, and it was a quick walk out to the car with the service writer to verify, and wrote up the replacement. I noticed torque specs clearly marked on paperwork, seamless TPMS management, and a clean, calm, and busy shop. Boba shop nearby is nice bonus while you’re waiting.”
“I brought in a set of tires I'd bought online, not realizing my front tires were a different size than the rears — so I'd ordered the wrong size without knowing it. Instead of just turning me away, the guys at California Auto Center took the time to walk me through it and show me exactly where I'd gone wrong. They put my old tires back on, told me to have the correct ones shipped to them, and said they'd take care of it when they arrive.
When I asked if there'd be an extra charge for the double work of remounting my old tires, they told me not to worry about it. That kind of honesty and patience is hard to find. I really appreciated them taking the time to explain things instead of making me feel like an inconvenience. Highly recommend.”
