“Ever notice how in 7-Eleven, every letter is capitalized… except the “n”? Someone pointed that out to me the other day, and now I can’t unsee it.
As for the store itself, it’s exactly what you expect—in the best way. They always have what you need, plus a bunch of stuff you definitely didn’t plan on buying but somehow end up grabbing anyway. The store is usually well stocked, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful.
It’s one of those reliable spots you can count on, whether it’s a quick snack run or a late-night stop.”

“Great service. I got the 2 pizzas for $2 and my friend got a hot dog. Parking is more truckable than it looks. Pizza was decent and my friend did not like the hot dog. What was great about the service was that they gave us napkins without us asking - we sure needed then.”
“I don't know why this location did not get a better rating. I just bought my phone yesterday (not from this location) and had a very unusual problem where I could not activate it. Benny was not only super helpful but was very intrigued and eager to help me out to resolve my issue. He's also one hell of a multitasker too! Big thanks!!!”

“A surprisingly large 7-Eleven located in downtown San Mateo, with a wide selection of beverages, chips, and other snacks. It also has several hot food items such as hot dogs, pizza, fried chicken, and taquitos. Fast and efficient checkout line. The smallish parking lot has several awkward parking spots, so be careful when backing out.”

“Anytime I need help w/any of my electronics, I race to Strawflower Electronics. Travis always has the answer to all my questions and is extremely helpful. I had an issue w/some color laser cartridges recently and he knew exactly what these were and why they didn't work. Instead of having to drive 30 minutes to San Mateo, I always want to check w/Travis first. Can't go wrong at his store!!”
