“My family and I have been bringing our vehicles to Chicago for repairs since I was a kid. This is a family-run business. The customer-service here is top-notch. They are on-point with everything, from getting parts to communication. They do great work and the prices have always been very fair.
I recently got into a car accident in south OC. When looking for a shop to repair my vehicle, I didn't think twice about where to take my car. Even though it is a bit further out, it was definitely worth the drive. They also conveniently have a car rental place right next door and an Enterprise rent-a-car around the corner.”
“I needed to have the Lead Frame replaced on my 2013 F150 Raptor. I did my research and shopped around the repair and ended up giving Cres-O-matic the business and I couldn't have been happier. Bill is great and he and his team did an awesome job. Communicated with me well, had the work done promptly and even took the time after to show me the old part and discuss the repair. He told me that they could see me same day and that I didn't need to make an appointment or anything. “15 years ago I was looking for a mechanic to work on my 98’ Jeep Cherokee XJ. I had multiple bad experiences with mechanic after mechanic and stumbled upon Eddy. His shop turned out to be the best one and I still take all my cars there. I recommend him left and right to go there because he is truly one of the most selfless mechanics I have ever come to known. He does his work because he loves helping people get their vehicle back on the road. He also will give you his opinion if it’s worth fixing something or not depending on what your goal is with the car. “This smog shop helped me get my vehicle past the test. The employees are very friendly. The owner was very kind and generous. The employee named Felipe gave me some great explanation details about my vehicle issues and how to get them resolved in the future with his shop or if I can do a simple task of myself. I highly recommend getting your smog check at this location. What's great is that it's in a nearby food chain and store location. The employee Felipe is also a great rapper in case you enjoy music. I recommend asking for this employee for your smog check. The prices are very fairly reasonable.”
“This guy is amazing. I have never seen a guy align a car the way he does it. No fancy computerized equipment or dancing around the car to do an alignment.I took my car to another alignment shop before bringing it to Jeff. The previous guy told me that not many people knew how to align cars the way he does it. Well, he put as many shims as possible on my upper control arm, to the point that he didn't have enough room to tighten the nuts on the upper control arm bolts.I opened the hood later on just to check, and I saw the nuts barely grabbing the bolts that were coming out from the shock tower. I was physically able to tighten one of the nuts with my fingers. This was a dangerous and very expensive situation in case the upper control arm would break while driving. I called the guy and explained the problem. He said that he couldn't do anything else because there was no room for adjustment; according to him and his top of the line equipment.I took my car to Jeff the next morning, based on my friend's recommendation. I told Jeff that I didn't feel safe driving around with a pompt to break down upper control arm that wasn't secured properly due mainly to the lack of knowledge.Jeff removed some of the extra shims and adjusted the upper control arm so there was enough room to tighten both nuts and make it safe. Then, he aligned the car the proper way.I am very happy with the final outcome.I agree with the reviews, Jeff is very professional. He really knows what he is doing. He is fair and upfront. This is not the first time that I have taken a car for alignment, so I know when I see someone who knows what he is doing and mainly is ethical and honest.Without a doubt, he is the best.I highly recommend him. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I for sure would.”

“I noticed a screw in one of tires. I drove around for 10 minutes, I saw this shop, drove up to it, and they patched my tire in 10 minutes for 20 dollars. They were the only ones open on Labor Day and they didn't up-sell me. The operator was quick, hard working, and knowledgeable. From the moment I saw my problem it was fixed in 20 minutes and my tire pressure light turned off with out a reset.”
