“We found everything we needed including the elusive battery tester! And, most everything was either 30-40% off!
We had help from a few friendly employees.
It was a fun afternoon with my mom 😊”
“Girls Market is going a step forward into the customer service excellence at their facility in Torrance. I did made an order today and an hour later I showed up at the store asking when should I pick it up. Karishma Told me that since I was there she browsed the store to put all together for me and I was able to leave with my stuff. This is real true customer service. I understand that sometimes employees are very busy, but thinking about the customer and trying to help is what everyone needs. Thank you and keep it up.”
“Don't let the word warehouse in their name fool you. Their furniture quality is amazing! I'm moving and just went to them for the second time to outfit my outdoor spaces. I LOVE the pieces I got from the Ibiza collection. I also got an umbrella that is easy to move, swivels and tilts and has great coverage. Victoria helped me out and I could not recommend her knowledge and customer service more.”
“I gotta say it: I like this Lowe’s. It’s always easy to find what I want. Especially today thanks to Danovan. Found the light fixture I ordered online so quickly. He even offered help to get it to the car. Thank you Danovan and thank you Lowe’s.”
“Very good customer service and you can pretty much find things suitable for what you're looking for there wish they could have a bigger Appliance on some things other than that good store”

“I have never gone to this store and not received a greeting and a person asking me if I would like some assistance. Do I need to find anything? Can I help you? What a difference from Home Depot where are you you have to spend three days to find someone to answer a question. Way better store”

“My experiences was great with Ms. Vernetta I think her name, she was in gardening, I brought sand and didn't think about how heavy it would be getting to my car(meaning did not get a basket). She quickly got me a basket, the premium service to me without.. me having to ask. Will come just because of that and her kindness.”
