There's days when we don't always have the strength in us to get out of bed or even step out the house because you're going through something. “I’m a returning customer and have purchased a refrigerator here in the past. Recently, I came back and bought an air conditioner, and it works beautifully—it keeps my room nice and cold and feels amazing. It also has a heater function, though I probably won’t need that part.
Jessica assisted me and provided excellent customer service. She was kind, sweet, respectful, and very welcoming. Andrew also helped my son try to find a PS5 Pro, and even though they didn’t have it, he went out of his way to do everything he could to help.
Overall, the service here is always great. The staff makes you feel comfortable and at home. I’ll definitely be returning again to purchase another air conditioner in the future.”
