“10 out of 10 experience. I previously have had a custom tailored tuxedo as well as numerous custom tailored sport coats. I moved to LA and was looking to find a high level clothier - like I was used to having in NYC. My experience with Adrienne far exceeded my previous experiences. First of all, the space and general vibe that she has curated is phenomenal. Then, the experience itself was seamless. She took accurate measurements - more than what I was used to having done. This led to the suit fitting like a glove. I communicated what I thought I wanted. She offered her opinions and ultimately helped guide me in a better direction that I am beyond pleased with. She is extremely knowledgeable and has an excellent eye/taste. She was able to show me AI renderings - something that was never offered to me before. This was very helpful as I am a visual person and couldn’t decide between a few options. The suit arrived on time as promised. Minor adjustments that she recommended were made with ease as a finishing touch. Thrilled with the end product. I will be working with Adrienne for all of my needs moving forward. Highly highly recommend.”

Even though I was a few weeks out from my purchase, they were able to accommodate me without any issues. “This is THE suit place. Professional, respectful, knowledgeable. The works. My best friend is getting married in 6 months to her bride. She is not a dress person and wanted a suit. At least one store was not interested in serving us. Another one technically served us but the person kept walking away or ignoring us. And didn't offer shirts or anything. Just wanted us out of of there. This was one of the more highly rated suit places on Google maps and after the other places we were so relieved at the quality of service we received here. My only regret is I can't remember the name of the fine gentleman who helped us. You can see his face in the last photo however. He asked us so many questions to make sure he fully understood what we were looking for. He reassured us he could get us bigger sizes when we needed an in between half size of shirts. He found us a different fabric all together that did better sizing for her frame. At no point did we feel pressured or that he was trying to upsell us. He was just so determined to make sure my friend got the best wedding suit in her budget. In the end after we got everything. He found out we were veterans and gave us a nice bundle discount for getting everything from them on top of it. They had a great selection of ties, tuxedos, children's suits, shirts and everything. Various colors and fabrics. They escorted us to and from the tailor shop that is only two doors down and they clearly had a friendly and mutually respectful relationship. I don't need a suit. My kids and my husband don't need a suit. But if they DO, this is the absolute first place I want to give my business to. I drove 2 hours to LA to find my friend a suit. I would drive 2 hours to give this place my personal business in the future If I ever need a suit. Five stars ⭐”

“Ten out of five stars for Melynda and her all volunteer Quirk crew for creating the People's Free Boutique in an unused corner space in DTLA, providing much needed, intentional, and high quality clothing and supplies for those of us who lost everything in LA's January fires. My family and I came to Quirk and were welcomed with care and respect, mirroring the quality and thoughtfulness of the clothing offered, and being given the dignity of choice to dress ourselves in clothing that we prefer. The Quirk crew were professional and kind, dealing with a gradually melting down child and frazzled adults, recognizing and validating the collective trauma of their guests, and providing a space of hope, solace, and care out of the goodness of their hearts. I was able to restock much of my professional and casual wardrobe, grab some high quality toiletries, kids clothing, and an epic penny board for my kid. I cannot recommend a visit to the People's Free Boutique and Melynda's Quirk store on 9th enough!”

“Stopped by Snoop Dogg’s clothing store in Inglewood and had a great experience. The shop has a clean layout with a solid selection of merchandise, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable for official Snoop gear. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making it an easy and enjoyable place to browse. If you’re a Snoop fan or just looking for quality streetwear while you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth checking out. I’ll be back next time I’m in Inglewood.”

“Couldn’t have better feedback for the staff at the S&L Manhattan Beach store. Kellen, Gabriel and the team actually reached out to me via text message when the saw that I had an eCommerce cart and offered to help complete my order. Since then, even though I’m based in Chicago, I have purchased exclusively through them (currently have 10 S&L suits and even more shirts). Recently I wanted to pick up a couple suits and they seamlessly coordinated such that I could pick them up from the NYC store while I was in town for work. Just outstanding service all around. I also sent my brother to them to purchase some clothes for his wedding earlier this year. They took great care of him as well. The blue velvet tux in the picture earned me many compliments at the wedding, highly recommend! I actually used to only purchase fully bespoke suits and shirts, but now have converted to S&L given the fit, quality and comfort.”

“IF I COULD GIVE MORE STARS, I WOULD! I purchased a custom tux for my July 2026 wedding from Mr. James after they were recommended by my brother in law. I’ve never had a custom tux made before, so I had no idea what the experience would be like. Let me tell you, it was a cool experience. Getting something completely custom is absolutely the way to go. From day one, Ben was incredibly helpful and walked me through the entire process. At every fitting, he guided me through everything and made sure I understood my options. During one of my visits, I also met with Robb, and he was a wealth of knowledge and a really cool guy. Honestly, both Robb and Ben made me feel like family, and that made the whole experience even better. I knew the general look I wanted: an ivory-white jacket with black tuxedo pants. They helped me understand what would work and what wouldn’t, and in the end, what they created was beyond what I had imagined. I absolutely loved it, and so did my wife when she saw me on our wedding day. I really can’t say enough good things about Mr. James. Now that I’ve experienced a custom-fitted tux, I can’t imagine going back to buying one off the rack. When I need another tux or suit, I’ll definitely be going back to them. 100% customer service and professionalism from these guys. If you’re considering a custom tux or suit, I’d absolutely recommend giving Mr. James a try.”

“I never feel so compelled to leave reviews but I had to for this experience. I was very satisfied with my trip over at Rave Wonderland. I am a first-time shopper looking for Burning Man essentials (my first ever one) and I was slightly overwhelmed. I had waited very long to acquire my outfits and simply did not have sufficient time to shop online, luckily, Miss Jenny got me through the entire process and assisted me with finding fashionable clothing, fun accessories, and security items to ensure the well-being of my personal belongings. I was particularly impressed with her depth of knowledge of the store. She knew it like the back of her hand and recommended such exquisite items. Initially I had done a walk around on my own but after consulting her, she helped me find items that I had completely overlooked! She had her team grab items from the back when we couldn’t find my size and I was so impressed with the staffs level of attentiveness, teamwork, and dedication to helping me find the “right look”. I feel ready for my first Burning Man and would definitely recommend visiting this hidden gem! Ask for Miss Jenny she was an absolute delight, with great knowledge of the merchandise, honesty with recommendations, and a good eye for styling outfits to my tastes. Thank you Rave Wonderland!
