“The young employee that waited on me Saturday 5/30/26 at 4:49pm went above and beyond their duty. She kept trying until she found my name on the AT&T database! Without that information we could not finalize the return of equipment. I’m thankful for her service. 5 stars!”

“I was in there a couple days ago to ship out a monitor among other things. Avish went above and beyond helping me. Thank you Avish!! But I have to shout out Ayush and Carlos too. I had so much going on and they made sure everything ran smoothly for me. All three of them together make an excellent team, a trio that has potential for future success. All the best to you guys!”

“Berkeley’s best kept secret! I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and this is one of my favorite institutions of Berkeley. These are actual shipping professionals who know their craft and who care about their customers: - They handle shipping from multiple carriers under one roof. - They care for every detail like double-checking my mailing label, letting me know the different shipping options, providing tape and boxes. - Picking up the phone when I have a question. - Reliable business hours, well-organized, trustworthy. The rates here are comparable to USPS, but with 10x better service. Thanks to You Send Me, I get a dedicated shipping authority who cares, rather than taking my chances with the inconsistent service at USPS or FedEx. Great neighborhood location, easy parking always available. Always a joy to stop by here for my mailing and shipping needs.”

1748 Tuolumne St, Vallejo CA 94589
“I've had a box here for nearly five years now and the very few mishaps having taken place aren't even worth mentioning. The proprietor has always been fair, helpful and honest with me and others. I've witnessed her advise a customer when her shipping cost seemed inappropriate so they may choose an alternate like the USPS. You don't see that often in a competitive business environment. Five stars for Goibg Postal”

“The staff at this UPS location are always helpful, professional and friendly. They are inundated with Amazon returns. They offer bag drop off so that they can use previously used shipping bags for future Amazon returns. This action demonstrates respect for our planet and goes a long way in the reduce, reuse and recycle efforts.”

1569 Solano Avenue, Berkeley CA 94707
“Not sure what all the bad ratings are about. I've used this spot dozens of times and it is always quick, efficient and flawless. Easy to just park your bike in the entrance or street parking right out front usually available. They always print out a receipt even for return drop-offs. This is my favorite UPS Store location by far.”

“Let me expand on my 5 star rating: I periodically ship off equipment I don't need and this store is on my return commute from work. But I also drive out of my way to ship from here because they have such a great attitude and customer service! Sometimes it's busy, sometimes a customer is struggling with the basics, it doesn't matter how many people are in line or how hectic (or slow!) it is, these people deliver the highest level of service I've experienced since 10 years before the hub shut down to walk ins. Thank you, and please never give up!”

1556 Fitzgerald Dr, Pinole CA 94564
“Lisa is amazing! Not only are her customer service skills on point, she came out of the store and saved my mother and I from a crazy lady who was screaming at us at the top of her lungs because we forgot to put our disability placard. She told the woman “why are you screaming at my customers”. She did not engage but reminded the woman this is a place of business. She’s my Shero!”

“Raj (sp?) the owner helped me ship an important flag case, there were a few hiccups leading up to this but they were able to tell me everything I needed to know about the costs and processes, and helped me understand all my options. Very nice guy and appreciated the extra care.”
