“Not sure what all the bad ratings are about. I've used this spot dozens of times and it is always quick, efficient and flawless. Easy to just park your bike in the entrance or street parking right out front usually available. They always print out a receipt even for return drop-offs. This is my favorite UPS Store location by far.”

“Let me expand on my 5 star rating:
I periodically ship off equipment I don't need and this store is on my return commute from work.
But I also drive out of my way to ship from here because they have such a great attitude and customer service!
Sometimes it's busy, sometimes a customer is struggling with the basics, it doesn't matter how many people are in line or how hectic (or slow!) it is, these people deliver the highest level of service I've experienced since 10 years before the hub shut down to walk ins.

“Lisa is amazing! Not only are her customer service skills on point, she came out of the store and saved my mother and I from a crazy lady who was screaming at us at the top of her lungs because we forgot to put our disability placard. She told the woman “why are you screaming at my customers”. She did not engage but reminded the woman this is a place of business. She’s my Shero!”
