“The young employee that waited on me Saturday 5/30/26 at 4:49pm went above and beyond their duty. She kept trying until she found my name on the AT&T database! Without that information we could not finalize the return of equipment. I’m thankful for her service. 5 stars!”

“I have to say that my experiences at other USPS, like Martinez (on Alhambre... very rude and unprofessional employees), and El Cerrito (also very rude and unprofessional employees), make me appreciate my home USPS in Hercules. The staff are very cordial, customer service oriented, and do not complain or argue with customers needing a little extra time due to multiple mail items. I will choose the Hercules post office over any I've visited lately. It takes less time to assist a customer than it takes to argue with a customer, delaying other customers' services.”

1442-A Walnut St, Berkeley CA 94709
“Berkeley’s best kept secret! I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and this is one of my favorite institutions of Berkeley. These are actual shipping professionals who know their craft and who care about their customers: - They handle shipping from multiple carriers under one roof. - They care for every detail like double-checking my mailing label, letting me know the different shipping options, providing tape and boxes. - Picking up the phone when I have a question. - Reliable business hours, well-organized, trustworthy. The rates here are comparable to USPS, but with 10x better service. Thanks to You Send Me, I get a dedicated shipping authority who cares, rather than taking my chances with the inconsistent service at USPS or FedEx. Great neighborhood location, easy parking always available. Always a joy to stop by here for my mailing and shipping needs.”

“The nicest people in town own this business. They are so helpful and kind. I have had a mailbox here for at least 10 years. Even when I moved out the area I still kept my box here because of the customer service. When I moved back to town I was glad I kept it because the word was out that this is the place to do business. I absolutely adore Tim and Marry Tess. Now their children work there too and they are the sweetest. The apple did not fall far from the tree. If you need a mailbox, copy service, or if your mailing something off, please go here and do business with them, you will be glad you did.”

“I had an outstanding experience with Envios NA‑YA. From start to finish, the process was professional and efficient. I needed to ship packages from San Francisco to El Salvador, and the team handled everything seamlessly. They kept me informed, explained customs and tax expectations clearly, and delivered on time. My packages arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend Envios NA‑YA for reliable, trustworthy international shipping with a personal touch. I also send a box about monthly.”

“I must have been lucky or timed my visit right--I was the only one in line and was even more fortunate to have a very professional, polite, knowledgeable and patient employee who completed my transaction in a timely and informative manner. Sorry I didn't get his name but I think it was something along the lines of John? He is a definite asset to the company, as was another stellar employee I had the last time I was there.Going by the reviews it seems like people went on busy understaffed days.”

“I've had a box here for nearly five years now and the very few mishaps having taken place aren't even worth mentioning. The proprietor has always been fair, helpful and honest with me and others. I've witnessed her advise a customer when her shipping cost seemed inappropriate so they may choose an alternate like the USPS. You don't see that often in a competitive business environment. Five stars for Goibg Postal”

“This place is a hidden gem! I used their international shipping service for my 150lb luggage, and it only cost me about $4 per pound—super affordable. Everything arrived within a week, which was way faster than I expected. They also have a bunch of Amazon clearance items for under $10, which is such a great deal. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend checking them out!”

100 Admiral Callaghan Lane, Vallejo CA 94591
“I pass by the Benicia PO to come to this location. Been coming here for years and yes they are the most, patient, courteous and knowledgeable. The lines can get long but they maintain good service to ALL. Someone vandalized our mailbox cluster and I am at this PO often lately. It’s been over a month and it’s still not fixed. How much longer? Realize a number of boxes got hit but it’s super inconvenient standing in line and using expensive gas just to pick up mail. How much longer?”

1473 Fitzgerald Dr Suite 105, Pinole CA 94564
“The staff at this FedEx location are consistently helpful, polite, and easy to work with. They offer great customer service and make the shipping process simple. I also appreciate that they provide free internet, which makes it easy to access a QR code or email myself a label if needed. Overall, they offer services and support that make the experience much smoother compared to other shipping options.”

“So my printer scanner and fax aren't working so I came over to FedEx. I'm so glad that I did. It was so easy, mainly because the people here are so helpful and friendly. They don't make you feel stupid for not knowing how to use something. They jump right in and are eager to help. I want to send a special thanks to Tiffany and Makayla. They gave best customer service I've had in a long time. Tiffany walked me through exactly how to use their scanner and fax. Michaela took the time to find all of my receipts and print them out for me so that I can get reimbursed by the company that I'm working with. Faxes are not cheap LOL. I won't hesitate to come here again if needed.”

“Today my medicine was delivered to the wrong address. It is a life saving medicine that I must have daily. When I received a message that it was delivered to my home, and it wasn’t here I panicked! I called the post office as I was driving there. The clerk called the carrier (he didn’t recall the package-understandable). The clerk then called the postmaster (I wish had gotten both of their names. The postmaster not only came out- she knocked on doors, located the package, called me and hand delivered it to me!!That meant the world to me- as I had only one needle left! They went over and beyond and their efforts were greatly appreciated!!!!!”
