He really took the time to understand what I needed and even helped me get the vacuum to my car- very helpful and thoughtful. I truly appreciate his effort and work, and I highly recommend going to him for any kind of questions. He is knowledgeable whereas I feel comfortable asking him anything and he knows the answers best. Also, cheers to the tech guy for being super welcoming too!
