“On a whim stopped into a local cricket. Was in dire need of a new phone. Jaime ended up helping me. He was amazing. Every question was immediately answered without asking for help. Profesional and pleasant.”
“My phone's screen died right on January 1st and this was one of the few places that was open and the only one that had the right parts in stock. The technician (Vince) was very nice and the price was quite reasonable. The problem was quickly diagnosed and the repair (screen replacement) was done. I was very happy.
The story continued, though, since next day I realized that something was not quite right with the camera(s). They would start, but then freeze in a couple of seconds. I called the store and Vince immediately offered his help. I dropped by and 30 minutes later the repair was done free of charge, no questions asked. Vince also explained what happened.
Very, very happy and grateful (especially since I had to leave the city the same day). Highly recommend.

“If there was a strength of this AT&T site, it would be Customer Service, especially from Dominic! Thank you, Dominic! My old Samsung stopped working yesterday. I went to AT&T to get a new phone but I was not the authorized user to initiate an upgrade. I needed to get ahold of my parents and he let me use their landline (and even his phone!) to try and reach them. Patient. Empathic. Receptive to client's needs. Additional thanks to Jose and Omar for helping me purchase a new iPhone (switched teams lol) and putting on the screen protector and case. They helped me with Android to iOS transfer. Thank you team for your patience, insight, and CUSTOMER SERVICE!”
