“Came to AT&T to activate some phones that I received through the mail. As soon as I walked in Miguel Greeted us and helped us right away. He had great customer service and answered every question I had. He even went above and beyond to find us phone cases and screen protectors for my kids phones. If you need assistance with any kind of service for your phones I say look for Miguel and he will take great care of you. I will definitely come back to him if I ever upgrade my phone or have any kinds of issues.”

“I visited this location a month after my initial purchase to drop off my trade-in phones for my new lines, and Max took excellent care of me. His patience, professionalism, and ability to clearly explain the entire trade-in process were truly outstanding. Having visited at least two other stores in the greater San Diego area, I can confidently say this location offers the best customer service by far. “My phone's screen died right on January 1st and this was one of the few places that was open and the only one that had the right parts in stock. The technician (Vince) was very nice and the price was quite reasonable. The problem was quickly diagnosed and the repair (screen replacement) was done. I was very happy.
The story continued, though, since next day I realized that something was not quite right with the camera(s). They would start, but then freeze in a couple of seconds. I called the store and Vince immediately offered his help. I dropped by and 30 minutes later the repair was done free of charge, no questions asked. Vince also explained what happened.
Very, very happy and grateful (especially since I had to leave the city the same day). Highly recommend.
