“The staff here really care about animals, and they do their best to accommodate my pets. I have a very high energy dog who really loves to act a fool for the groomers, but they always give her back to me happy and healthy, with fresh smelling fur and very well done nails. The manager is super nice and accommodating, and the owner himself will gladly work with you if you have any issues that might make things difficult for your pets groom or bath!! They are also always willing to throw out helpful advice for home care regarding your pet if you're a new dog owner like me :)”
“We have been taking our dog, Balthazar, there for occasional baths for years. Although it is largely do-it-yourself, you can get assistance anytime you need it with anything. In addition, they have several services that they provide, including BLUEBERRY FACIALS, which we love. In the back, they have drying stations, which are also very helpful. Although our dog is not a fan of the blow dryer, it gets the job done. It's generally all by appointment, but I suppose that you could just walk in.”

“We took our dog to Wag N Tails after a beach day for the self service dog bath. For $25, they give you two towels, dog shampoo, leave in conditioner, tons of options for brushes, apron, blow dryer, and usually a little treat. We were the only one using the dog bath (2 baths total) so we got to take our time. Also got him the cutest nautical collar from here! Tons of options and all were cute!”
“Love this store was greeted by Stephanie and Dina, who were nothing but amazing. All the questions I had were answered, they helped me with all my worries I had of being a new pet parent. My puppy absolutely loved them, the love they have for animals was definitely apparent. Dina went over petcos vital care premier program and the free bag program that they have to offer which saved me a lot of money. She helped me set up my app every step of the way, even showed me how to access my points for future visits, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. These two were the best customer service i have ever had, their knowledge of the product the app/ website had me feeling like I was set up for success with my new puppy. Thank you again you two for all that you did for me”

“What a great addition to National City and Southbay area. Purchased a doggy bed for a business on my route that got affected by the 1/22/24 rain floods. Their shop dog's bed was trashed when during the storm drains overflowed. Bully's Kennel offers many services besides pet supplies also. Vaccines Whelping Medical Transport Oxygen/ Incubator Rentals Microchips ISPERM Evaluation, to name a few. “I cannot say enough good things about Matt at Southwest Feed Grain and Hay! Their customer service is unparalleled! ...oh, wow, just saw that another review said that as well- I'm not changing my adjective because it's the right one! Last year at Halloween Matt loaned the school I work at a bunch of hay bales to help us create some atmosphere for our school's Fall Festival. They were a huge hit and we got lots of compliments! They just changed the feel of the whole event, and made for a great place for parents to take photos of their little ones for the memory books! This year when I called Matt, I explained that we no longer had access to a truck to retrieve the bales (that he again graciously offered us) and he said he would drop them off at our school for us a few days ahead of time, WOW! I am just so thankful! Check out the rest of the great reviews and you'll see that this is a business that really knows how to create relationships within the community! “Great place! We took our furr baby for a do it yourself bath after the beach! We had a lot ofFun using the hose to spray our pup and giving him a bath! It was good because we don’t have to worry about getting our bathroom at home all dirty! It’s was about $30 they let us use some aprons, towels, shampoo and toothpaste for our dog. Staff were really friendly and they have a ton of bake goods for pups!”
“I have always taken my two little bundles of joy for a very long time to this location and they always did amazing work. Now I only bring one of my bundles since the other one passed. They still do an amazing job and my dog loves it. We have never had any issues here. Every person that works here is very polite and friendly. Thank you for always taking care of my fur babies”

“I bought my first ever snake, a redtail boa constrictor, here in July and he is my best friend. Truly the most special, easy going, people loving snake. Chris dedicated what was probably ~2 hours to showing me around the store and answering all of my questions. I walked in with an intent to buy a snake within a month or so but was still in the research / "just looking around"' stage. He was so thorough, honest, and personable that I left a snake mama that same day. I got the tank and most of my supplies here too, and Chris took on the feat of loading said 60 gallon tank into my Scion FRS somehow. This is the type of place you want to come back just to visit-- amazing, friendly owner and staff and the coolest selection of animals. I have brought several friends with me here just for fun and come back to buy rats for Bourbon the boa.”

“Use the grooming service here. Have been going for almost 30 years. The groomer we use is really good. The pups love her. The grooming area is always clean, and the personnel are always friendly. We have taken 7 different pups here over the years. Will take any future pups here as well.The store is always clean and the employees are friendly. Sometimes, the line to check out can be a little long and slow. Eventually, they will have another register open. Overall, it is a nice place to shop.They have a very extensive selection of dog and cat food (wet and dry) and chew toys for dogs and cats of all sizes.Have not used the vet services at this location. Bancroft is a national chain. That is all I know about it.”

“This is the first time I have been to IB pet and this place is impressive. Such a diverse selection of dog treats, chews, bones, frozen raw bones, raw food section and dry kibble! Sarah so Knowledgeable and she taught me a lot about different foods for my pups. While Imperial Beach is far from where I live, I was happy to find out that they have another location in La Mesa! I'm glad I checked this place out!! Good stuff!”
