Glen's Dog Inn
718 Vesta St, InglewoodGlen is very down to earth and very accommodating. We had to unexpectedly extend our dog's stay by 3 more days. He even gave me a discount for that unforseen event. Although, our dog was extra dirty when we got him, nevertheless, he seemed unharmed.

Awakening
231 S La Brea Ave, InglewoodI found out about Awakening when searching for local cafés months ago before finally stepping in person. I had time to spare before a meetup nearby. Awakening has a lot of tempting choices and customizable options at reasonable prices. The staff were courteous and above and beyond.
One barista showed me a more expansive space to work, relax, or hangout in the back of the storefront. Outdoor seating is also available in front at Awakening, and I'll definitely come back.

Three Weavers Brewing Company
1031 W Manchester Blvd A-B, InglewoodPretty chill place to spend a sunny afternoon. Folks here are friendly and the music was on point (mix of rock Spanish and English, oldies). Had the Expatriate and friend had Kill the Lights (I like his better). You can also plane spot from here, planes and beer. They also had food, burgers, third party, smelled delicious. Tap to pay, cards, and parking was easy on street but they have a lot also. I'll be back.

Tortugo Brewing Company
916 W Hyde Park Blvd, InglewoodPretty relaxing place with a friendly employee, good food and beers. Had a michelada, Horchata Stout, and Baltra Red (Red Ale), and all 3 were good. There were TVs on with a basketball playoff game on. Not too crowded. There's a covered patio and limited parking inside but plenty of street parking. Today they had a pizza vendor but not sure if that changes, not much info on that.

NAYS TACOS RESTAURANT
307 E Hillcrest Blvd, InglewoodI visited nays restaurant and it was a stellar experience. The tacos were deliciously prepared to perfection as usual. I also had homemade nachos and salsa. The presentation was dope because the tacos were nicely stacked up on a food holder which made easier for me to pick them up. I enjoyed my margarita. They had nice R&B music playing in the background, specifically one of favorite songs, who can I run to by Xscape. I did feel a little rushed because of the 20 minute labels placed on all the tables.
I’m sure that is meant more for crowded days when people are waiting for tables. It’s a small quaint affordable taco diner/spot.
The customer service was above and beyond what I expected from a group of young employees. They were polite, attentive, and professional to me. They were productive not hanging out on the counters, on their cellphones, ignoring customers or anything like that. I was blown away and very impressed with how your employees conducted themselves. They were a very good representation of you and your restaurant/catering company. You really set the bar high for other businesses owners in the catering/food services sector.
I discovered her vending from her catering food truck at one of LA’s taste of soul events & have been following ever since.
Nay is inspiring because she’s very humble, personable, down to earth, beautiful inside & out, intelligent, smart, and just the kind of person who you want to support or work with in the food services/catering industry. You will get good high quality service. Nay is a model entrepreneur for not only the Los Angeles community, but all communities. She’s the first Black owned taco catering business that I have ever known of in LA. I’m so proud of her as a richly melanated woman. I’m glad that we’ve crossed paths. Her catering style is unique, extraordinary, exceptional, and extravagant. She creates a top tier catering experience for her clients. She’s a proud Watts native, which is basically an extension of south LA. She even has a Watts burger and other uniquely named dishes on her menu. If you haven’t already, I’m not sure what you are waiting for, but check her restaurant out in Inglewood or hit her up for your next catering event. I truly hope that the dine in restaurant isn’t closed, permanently. I’m looking forward to visiting and dining in again in the future.

VegainzLA
701 S La Brea Ave, InglewoodThe krispy chicken is a winner no matter what dish it's in. I had the krispy chicken burger which was excellent, and my friend had the LA salad which she really enjoyed. I also ordered the loaded potato fries which I shared with friends the next day and they loved it. I didn't get to try the desserts because they ran out earlier in the day.
This place is a definite must-try whenever you're in Inglewood.

Fiesta Martin Mexican Grill
1330 N La Brea Ave, InglewoodStopped by here for lunch and a much needed Margarita on 06/05/26. I wanted to sit outside for some fresh air. The lady said she didn’t have a server for the patio but she accommodated me by treating it as a to go order (The margarita was consumed on the patio). I was brought chips and salsa along with my Margarita. I ordered the Chicken Chimichanga. The drink was delicious but the food had a really weird taste. I’m not sure what that was about. Maybe my tastebuds were off. I’ll give them another try!
