1501 E El Segundo Blvd, El SegundoIt starts with the staff, and the front desk is usually filled with wonderful people. I think they are amused and maybe pity me a little that when I come to pick up our dog, she doesn't care to come to me and wants to explore the front office instead.
Either way, our family trust this place to care for our pup and watch over her while she tries to play with all her doggie friends.
When summer hits, they pull out a little kiddie pool and our dog LOVES IT.

Dr. Streiber went far above and beyond for our family during one of the most gut wrenching experiences we’ve ever faced with our dog, Silver. From the moment we received her osteosarcoma diagnosis, he treated us with extraordinary compassion, patience, and honesty.
Dr. Streiber spent multiple hour-long phone calls with my wife and me, carefully explaining Silver’s diagnosis, the possible progression of the disease, and the various treatment options available. He never rushed us, never spoke in vague terms, and never made us feel like “just another case.” Instead, he took the time to truly educate us—so we could make thoughtful, evidence-based decisions that felt right for Silver and for our family.
What meant the most to us was how deeply personal his care felt. He was willing to speak with us after hours, consistently followed through, and made it clear through his actions that he genuinely cared about Silver—not just as a patient, but as a beloved member of our family. During moments when we felt overwhelmed and scared, his calm guidance and empathy made all the difference.
It is rare to find a veterinarian whose practice is so clearly driven by passion rather than business. Dr. Streiber cares for animals as if they were his own, and we will always be grateful for the compassion, time, and heart he showed Silver and our family. We trust him completely and recommend him without hesitation.

They’ve loved and cared for my boy like family since the day we first walked through their doors. Recently, I reached out about him staying a little longer than usual, and the owner personally called me — not to confirm the reservation, but to lovingly express her concerns about how a longer stay might affect him at his senior age.
It wasn’t about money. It wasn’t about filling a spot. It was about my dog’s well-being and what was truly best for him. After all these years, it meant the world to me to be reminded that their hearts have always been in the right place. They care deeply, and it shows in everything they do.

One of my party was pretty excited to try the cinnamon rolls, which were very delicious. Our waiter was pretty average, but he got the job done. The atmosphere was very basic. Nothing to write home about. But overall, the food carried their experience at this restaurant.

They now have food items, so you can go there for lunch or dinner, or as always it's a fantastic place to stop after dinner downtown (or any other time, as my daughter correctly insists) so save a bit of room for dessert.
I didn't see my favorite coffee flavored gelato in the display freezer last time, so I asked about it and found out they keep other flavors in the back freezer, so if you don't see what you want, just ask.

The milkshake was thick, creamy, but not too thick for the straw. Chunks of strawberry, real strawberry flavor, not like the liquid syrup. The breakfast burrito was also amazing. I added a chopped-up chicken strip in mine (ordered it like that) and it made it even better. I would definitely recommend. The portions are pretty large so you may want to split a burrito.

Next I tried the pork belly pops as well as the chicken piccata and both were delicious! Pork belly had so much flavor and the chicken was so tender and savory, so No complaints here an I would definitely recommend this spot hands down if your in the area!! the foods awesome the vibe was super chill they played really cool oldies and pop style music and classics, and the service was on point so I’m definitely coming back 10/10
