“During a recent home remodeling project, our contractor needed us to vacate our home for a week. We chose this Residence Inn by Marriott because:
* It was located close to our home.
* Was very fairly priced.
* It provided us a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee machine, enabling us to enjoy as close to a real home environment as possible -- including allowing us to have our two dogs with us.

On three different occasions during our stay, our home remodeling schedule slid, requiring us to extend our stay several days at a time. The hotel staff couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating, cheerfully working together with us through an extremely stressful time in our lives!!

Our stay has been a solid 5 stars in every respect, and as a recently-retired business traveler that has many hotel chain experiences, I won't hesitate to highly and loudly recommend this particular Residence Inn location, but will opt to choose Residence Inn as our first choice in future hotel stays!!
Thank you everyone!!”

“I come here once a decade - it keeps bringing me back. Chill, they try hard. Wish they had more potatoes for breakfast instead of 3 types of eggs, but they do their best and really did whatever they could to make me happy. They had oatmeal, granola, tea, etc. - whatever it takes to make a breakfast - they crossed off all of the checkmarks except for potatoes. I don't like how they charge for water in the room and make you go all the way to the gym for it. The snack section is lacking, but it's better than before and maybe it's designed that way to get out and see tustin for what it is - because that city is so amazing. This hotel's front desk handled difficult situations I had and well I really thank them for that. So on top of it - knowing exactly what's going on and handling it immediately. There was a loose bar in the elevator - they handled that right away for instance. I felt comfortable staying here solely for that.

Gym is sufficient and refreshing. Rooms are alright - not big, and the curtain doesn't fully close to keep the light out - I like it, but others don't. The area got a bit dangerous after a while with police on the freeway a lot and booms in the parking lot, so I decided to make my leave while I could. Tustin sure has gone downhill - but it's still nice, like the tustin marketplace, vegan restaurants, and numerous farmer's markets. Old town is precious. It's expensive, but their pool was really relaxing with its spa. I liked the citrus decor with the funny cowboy lassoing an orange. I don't really want to go back, but if I do - I might be content. The lotion bottles are really hard to use - they run out quickly with a hard time squeezing it. I wish it was better, but I like the lotion. I like the bathtub that has a non-slip floor, washes on the side - easy!”

“It was a bit difficult getting into the parking lot because of all the traffic off the main road. The room were really nice for as cheap as the room was. Everything look brand new they must have renovated the entire place even the outside was really nice. They have like a courtyard between the rooms and they look really clean. The rooms themselves were completely new. I have to say i am impressed with how nice they are for the price I will definitely stay here again.”
