“I've had household storage here for at least 6 years. From the beginning the staff and facilities are beyond compare with other storage companies. I have moved to different storage units several times, moved things out then back in and during this long period using storage the staff has been beyond knowledgeable, accommodating and general friendly and quick. The current manager Jose Guirola has been on staff throughout all of these years and is the foundation for how well this location runs. Knowing my personal items are safe, secure and the building is extremely well maintained, it's been a lifesaver !”

“Good morning my name is Michael LORENO I’ve been at extra space storage for at least two years and I have never had any problems there. The management are very professional everyone that works there is very friendly and I was having some financial problems and I know that corporate was raising the rent and I just couldn’t afford it so I started looking for other Storage units in the area but they just weren’t as friendly and professional as extra storage in the manager didn’t want me to leave so he help me to get a little better of a deal and I decided I was going to stay because I am happy there Giovanni is the manager and the girls at work they’re really nice to very professional so I have a good rest of the week and I’ll be there for a while. I like the storage unit it’s always cleaning and they keep up on it. Thank you goodbye”

“This is a relatively new location for ESS in Irvine, although they have built several more since. It feels relatively safe (although sometimes the gates are broken or there is too long of a delay until they shut behind you) but it's very clear that there are some unhoused persons living out of the spaces. Sure, they disappear at night, but during business hours, they are there sitting in their spaces. It made me feel unsettled. I don't think this is what self storage was built for. Anyway, other than that, it's been a good experience except for the constant and relentless price increases. Long term loyal customers are those who are punished the most, whereas brand new customers get the best rates.”

When I called, Cindy provided very helpful directions and when we arrived she walked through the unit to show us the space and also how to lock/unlock the spaces. It was reassuring to have someone show us around.”
