“There are three locations I usually go to depending on where I might be going. This location by far is my "favorite" because everyone is friendly. I usually have more than three transactions I have to do and they don't ever smirk or seem like it a bother, whereas other locations have exhibited that behavior. Also, during this pandemic their drive-through is also open which is a ++.”

I value ease of online banking, and I less restrictions overall.I spoke to a lady on the phone named: Roxanne Sanchez, she was great.I called her only after the general customer service line was full with unusual "high volume." Roxanne was great. I'm still closing my account, but Roxanne did a great job explaining things to me.Unfortunately, I still have to go into the branch to close the account, which in this day and age, it's tedious to have to drive somewhere and wait in line.”
