2588 CA-158, June LakeDrove by the place and they were not open yet. Sign up saying closed for construction. Tried calling in an order and only got a message giving hours and explaining the construction. Drove by looking for another place to eat and saw people in there. Went in and the guy in front of me couldn't pay for his pizza cause their register wasn't working with cards. I paid cash and ordered the Margherita and a sausage and olive pizza. Totally glad I stuck it out. The pizza was gas! They cook it in a brick oven and the ingredients were fresh. Definitely give it a try. It's worth dealing with the downfalls.

131 S Crawford Ave, June LakeStopped by for beer and lunch driving up the 395. Beautiful day in December with a good crowd enjoying the mild weather on the patio. There is indoor seating when the weather is not as favorable. Both beers were very good, JLB is a known for decent beer. What surprised me was the food truck, it was absolutely amazing. I went with a carne asada quesadilla that was amazing. Everything on the menu and other people's plates looked great as well. Highly recommend the short diversion to June Lake, 2 miles, for beer and bites. In fact it's now on my list for a couple of days over the summer. Cheers
