It’s not common to have a vet spend 30 mins talking about the dogs background symptoms and what is suspected. If I wasn’t traveling through I would 100% move all my vet needs here.

167 Grandview Road, BishopI recently had a very sick semi-feral that could not wait for his emergency appointment elsewhere. Sarah and Dr. Teslaa were able to see us hours sooner. In addition to SubQ fluids, a couple of other injectable meds, Dr. Teslaa added B12 and within 2 hours, kitty was eating and by 9pm, playing and having the zoomies with his mates. It was an amazing turn around.
I had helped my friend take a feral tomcat for neutering by AlpenVet and that cat acted like the experience was inconsequential.

I love coming here to finish work on my laptop and sip on a Mexican mocha with oat milk. The burritos here sell out quick so try to come sooner than later!

If you order via the QR codes at the tables, you're asked to leave a tip before receiving any service at all. Or you can stand in line and order at the bar and are again asked to leave a tip before receiving any service. What are we tipping on? The food runner brings out the food (which, again, is great), but you're on your own after that.
I realize this is a fine system for some people, but if this bothers you, be advised. Ordering via smartphone will never beat personal service with competent staff.

Side Door Wine Bar & Cafe
100 Canyon Boulevard Suite 229, Mammoth LakesIt was after 7 p.m., and all my usual coffee spots were already closed when I casually stumbled upon Side Door Cafe. What a great little find! The cafe may be small and cozy, but their coffee is definitely big on flavor.
It’s such a cute and beautiful spot, with a tempting selection of pastries and plenty of delicious coffee options to try.
I didn’t go too fancy this time because I was really craving a cortado (macchiato), but when I saw they had lavender, I couldn’t resist adding it to my double shot. Such a good combination! The coffee was excellent—creamy, smooth, and full of flavor.
I’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of their coffee menu… and next time, I may have to stay a little later and check out their wine bar too. ☕🍷

Liberty Sports Bar and Grill
3399 Main St, Mammoth LakesWe really enjoyed our visit to the liberty bar. Chris welcomed us and helped us out with the hard decision of the day: What to drink and what to eat. The food looked tastefull and tasted good as well.
The service was top notch and it was a pitty that we only stayed in this town for one night
