“Place is open till 2100 for shipping and receiving. Might have to wait a lil longer to get into a dock. I waited about 2.5 hours small spacing when u get into the docking area but enough room to get in and out enough backing space. Call upon arrival don't drive inside, they'll give you instructions. Nice people. Got my bills signed before entering into docking that way I was able to roll out after empty. :)”

“Very professional and nice 9 am appt checked in at 0702 out at 0725. They do not have over night parking but at the corner a half a mile is a burger place that has a lot of parking. Great place to pick up.”

“Entry the gate and parking at stop sign, First check in at guard with paperwork and your ID, when they check your loaded trailer seal and they give back you Paperwork and dock number, go into receiving and shipping office, give paperwork to them, when you dock light turn to green, go into receiving and shipping office ,get your paperwork , and then give one to guard, You’ll on set! Very nice people，unload quickly!”

Their Drayage base rate is a bit higher than some of the competitors I have worked with in the past but definitely came out ahead with all the headaches avoided (especially during the 4th quarter of the year) plus the extra fees they rarely charge for, like yard storage, bob-tail, etc. and they even work hard to avoid many other fees that can be charged by the port if you are not on top of the pick-up/drop-off appointments, like demurrage, per diem, etc.. “Great place to shop I just think it's some of the people that shop there are very rude. I saw a woman today with her mouth full of free samples asking a Costco employee a question and food was falling out of her fat face. People keep walking down the aisle side by side so that nobody can get through. I see people picking fruit out of the containers and replacing them or adding more fruit to them it's just ridiculous. I also see people stealing bags from the meat department and putting them in their purse. The class of people going to the store has really gotten bad. Even the food court people don't even clean out the table after they eat pigs. I don't blame the Costco employees it's just the people nowadays going to that store are very low class with no etiquette.”
“This Costco is so crowded. We literally can never go on the weekends. It’s so stressful with all the people. We really need to have an additional Costco in our area.”

“I went in and out with no problem, If you arrive early they will make every effort to help you get offloaded or on-loaded and you will be in and out, sometimes they are just so busy that it can but appointments first as any driver knows if you have an appointment you know you will be taking first, Yard goats have the right of way at any Walmart DC be patient and you too can get and have the same experience patient is practice, respect and understanding is key. My advice is don’t go in with an attitude because your chances are then you and your load will be escorted out and not be off loaded, front get guard are also very respectful thank you for making it a very bright day….”

“If you are looking for a great warehouse with fantastic monthly storage cost in the Inland Empire, very fair pick and pack for Amazon FBM, and just all around great way to scale your hardware projects, this is the place. Don't waste your time looking in Southern California or Inland Empire. You won't find a better warehousing solution. How do I know this? Because I looked really hard. And after extensive search, trail and error, I am pleased with what I have found. 10/10 would recommend for 3PL, warehousing, and Amazon FBM in the greater Inland Empire area”
“Not a location for an inexperienced driver. Backing is extremely tight at this location. Unload took a while but not at the expense of them. The RJR rep could have relayed the message that I would be last to get unloaded. Other than that no problems. Best thing to do is go down and turn around, park on the street so you can get in line to check in.”

“Got there early and got a door right after checking in. About 1 1/2 hours to load. Lots of space. Make sure you walk up to the guard shack when you get the green light to grab your seal and bills. They’ll check the seal on the way out. Would definitely come back.”
