“In the mood for a good sandwich, you know the ones with the perfect ratio of meat and bread, one that doesn't shoot all the meat out the bottom, so we stopped in at TCM. We were not disappointed. The Controlled Burn was delicious, crispy bread, fair portion of turkey, and the slaw was just the right hint of heat. Build your own and they'll pile on the veggies. Worth the stop and price of your in the area.”

“This store does a good job under difficult circumstances...snow, heavy visitor loads, limited truck offloading area. The north side of the building needs more regular attention to cig butt's and trash. Locals just wish the prices weren't so high; they're seemingly adjusted somewhat for being in a recreational area.”

“A lot of vegan foods and good selection of desserts in the fridge, they did run out after a busy 4th of July weekend. But I’m glad I tried the tiramisu, granted it was a raw as well and I would have preferred a full on cake tiramisu but the coconut cream that was used was so decadent I enjoyed every bite ”

“This is a nice general store. Great selection of food and drinks and friendly staff. Plenty of healthy options. A small sitting area to eat or drink coffee would be nice.”

“La Tienda Latina is a little hidden gem in the heart of Incline Village. It's a little Mexican grocery store that serves delicious made-to-order tacos. Last year we had them cater a new year's eve party we had at our condo for our family and friends while we were in town for the holiday break. We ordered a variety of tacos, including adobada, asada, maciza, and pollo, along with consome, and sides of beans and rice. It was a big hit with everyone. This year we stopped by to order tacos one night, and they happened to have homemade tamales. The tamales are amazing!!! They had a mix of beef and pork with carrots, potatoes, and jalapeños. . Everything here is fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend stopping by to visit.”

“There is an amazing baker here making the tastiest cinnamon rolls. I came by the market in February at opening when the rolls were coming out of the oven. They normally come with cream cheese frosting for those who like the richness of it, but I’m allergic to cream cheese. Dinorah, the baker, was kind enough to make a simple sugar icing for the two cinnamon rolls I bought. I ate one warm while at the market. I had the other one after snowboarding and it was still fantastic. I’m back here in April for 3 days and l’ve bought 8 more cinnamon rolls to share with friends, but honestly, I’ve eaten most of them. I call before I come to request the sugar icing, and she’s so kind to accommodate. I haven’t tried the other baked goods as I’m obsessed with the cinnamon roll, but they look delicious.”

“Large, well stocked store. It's rare they don't have what I want. Both full service and self checkout. Update: the store has been completely remodeled; new floors, shelves seem a little closer together. Starbucks is inside the store.”

“I will highly recommend this Safeway. I informed an employee about some food that was past its sell By date Kris hopped into action, taking the expired food off the shelves Jeff and the meat department went above and beyond showing me where the item I was looking for was and the manager Brad was very friendly in the meat department as well. I would highly recommend the Safeway compared to the one in Truckee where I live near the team here is great.”
