“We hosted my wife’s milestone birthday here, and it was fantastic from start to finish! Only rented the outdoor space and it had the perfect mix of warmth and energy on a beautiful Socal evening. The staff went above and beyond, staying attentive without being intrusive. I had DJ, food, dessert vendors and 70-ish guests so plenty of space. The music setup worked perfectly, and the lighting added a great vibe once the party got going. Everyone raved on how fun the night was! We left feeling grateful so support this awesome community in Altadena and the venue!”

“I haven’t really been to many thrift stores but decided to wander into this one and was really blown away by the selection and size. Store was easy to navigate by sections and had tons of cool finds. I expected the prices to be LA-stupid but most things actually seemed super affordable, as they should be at this kind of a store. Thank you management & staff for everything on this one.”

Went today to update my wardrobe and the stuff is cute, unique, awesome value, and it's so refreshing to buy from local and real designers rather than some online fast fashion. Haley herself is a joy to be around and she helped style and pick cute items for me. “HUGE selection of vintage clothes with a focus on cowboy, BUT...
Venture downstairs - that's where they have the really interesting stuff in my opinion. Old uniforms - school, military, scouting, forest ranger - you name it! Some are really vintage, like 1950s/60s. I also found the basement items were a bit more reasonably priced than upstairs.
There's also an UPSTAIRS, loft level with shoes and boots, but in my opinion the basement was solid gold.
Even if you aren't looking for clothing, this place is like a museum of mid-century clothing of all styles. It's right on Hollywood Boulevard, so add it to your to-do list in L.A.!”

“I stopped by this Gap today because I was waiting for my friends to join me for dinner nearby. This place had a lot of sales since it's almost Black Friday and the Christmas time. This store is a decent size and looked fully stocked when I came tonight. I looked at the men jeans and jacket which some were nice. Then I walked to the back and looked at the kids clothing. The selections of clothing here are good and the prices with the discount I believe is fair. I didn't interact with any employees or see any employees on the floor, most of them were working the cashier.”

Add in a high-tech checkout system. All the price tags have an embedded with something that interfaces with the bins in the checkout area. All you have to do is put your items in the bin and the system automatically presents them to you on a checkout screen.”
