“This past Friday we had an amazing experience at this location. After reading most of the reviews, I was apprehensive to stop by. I'm glad I did not allow the negative comments to keep us away. It was time to upgrade three phones and did not want to encounter a hassle as in years past. If you want to be treated with respect & the utmost kindness, look for Jen to assist you. Jen went above and beyond the norm to get everything handled in one visit. Not only did she take her time to make sure we were happy with our transaction but she also was multitasking and assisting others while we waited. No one was left unattended. It was a busy day (Veterans' Day). Jen's personable demeanor and friendly smile is what made a difference, and I absolutely will be returning to this AT&T location. “I have been a boost mobile customer since it was Virgin mobile. I left Verizon for Virgin and now boost and haven’t looked back since! I have done ALL my business online using boosts website since I got my very first sim on the virgin plan etc.
On Halloween my bag was stolen with my phone/ID/cards, etc. so I got locked out of my online portal. I made the trip over to this store for some help and received the best customer service I have gotten in years!
Michelle and the two gentleman working there were so helpful and worked with me so that I could get a device within my budget and immediate need that was compatible to my plan. They didn’t force me into any upgrades or contracts. As long as I am living in the area I plan to visit them in store for cases/accessories and my next upgrade rather than go online!

“Id gone a couple weeks ago and was helped by a sweet man. I've forgotten his name but I think it was Ryan. Incredibly helpful. He convinced us to upgrade from a Samsung s 20 to the new 25 and got us an amazing phone + wifi deal along with it. He was the only one who greeted me and wasn't sitting on their butt the whole time while other people came in were ignored by the other staff. These five stars are just for him. He definitely deserves employe of the YEAR!”
