“I bought my Wacom Intuos Pro at MacHollywood and loved my experience. The products are authentic, and this store offers very unique services as it’s not common to be able to test out Wacom products in store. I think it’s special that they offer the ability to rent equipment as well, though I haven’t needed to do so myself.
I came in wanting to test out a couple of drawing tablets and Patrick made sure they were all available to me, including opening up a new box for the floor model.
He was attentive but didn’t hover- I felt free to take my time testing out all the features. He asked questions to help ensure I got what I was looking for, but didn’t push any unnecessary or out of budget products. He’s knowledgeable about all of the products that they carry, which is great if you need any help making decisions on such important purchases.
The selection is fun to look at, they carry many accessories to ensure that you are set to start working on your tablet as soon as you take it home.
I’m really happy with the drawing tablet I bought. I was upgrading from a 2013 model, and though the experience working with the 2025 model is night and day as far as pressure sensitivity goes, my original Wacom is still fully functional as intended for the technical capabilities of 2013. I imagine that this new Wacom will last me for many years to come, and I appreciate MacHollywood for curating a selection of only quality options.
Patrick is really easy to get along with and creates a warm atmosphere to shop in. I will certainly be back when I need new accessories, I hope this place continues to do well for many decades to come.”

After he diagnosed the phone he gave me the quote and we agreed with the price. If I need any other service I would definitely go back. I recommend this place.”

“I took in my 15-year-old MacBook Pro after it crashed and wouldn’t reopen. I’m a writer and have many projects saved in my files, so I was really worried. They were able to completely repair the software issue and save all my data. The fee was very reasonable and Robert was extremely nice. I highly recommend this great shop on the Walk of Fame in Hollywood.”

Seriously, after 4 days,about 12 phone calls, and a cumulative 15 hours on the phone, getting disconnected, transferred to the wrong departments, and given different conflicting information from people on the customer service line, (not to mention all the time I spent online), I went to the AT&T store on eagle rock blvd by sprouts, and Fernando fixed my issue in seconds. It was time to upgrade three phones and did not want to encounter a hassle as in years past. If you want to be treated with respect & the utmost kindness, look for Jen to assist you. Jen went above and beyond the norm to get everything handled in one visit. Not only did she take her time to make sure we were happy with our transaction but she also was multitasking and assisting others while we waited. No one was left unattended.
