“This center is so accommodating and everyone here is so respectful and helpful. This might sound silly to some, but I have a severe phobia of getting my blood drawn (I panic / pass out). Tristine has been doing it for me for a while now and not only is she professional and efficient at getting it done, but she goes out of her way to make me feel safe, talks to me like a friend and doesn't judge me at all. On my last visit I began to pass out and she literally helped me up, fanned me and talked me back to normal, then we just laughed. So yeah awesome clinic and big shout out to Tristine for being amazing!”

“This Quest Diagnostics location is fast, friendly and do a wonderful job. They are also patient with you to make sure they get a good set of samples for the lab orders. Ana takes good care of me on most visits like she did last time. But even if she isn't available to me, the rest of the staff is very good as well. This is my go to location.”

My friend had a false positive result at another place, and luckily got tested here too only to find out he was negative. I got my results via email in less time than expected. “My visit was quick and efficient. I made an account online and made an appointment through their patient portal. My doctor had sent in the order already, though I couldn't tell just by looking online - I did have to take my doctor's office's word for it. The instructions on fasting and how long to fast for came from my doctor as well, not Quest. I showed up a few minutes early for a weekday 9 AM appointment and checked in using my phone. I was called in just a minute or two later and there was no other wait time. I'm sure everybody's experience will differ, but mine was positive.”

“Very convenient location inside the Walgreens at the corner of Lake and Del Mar. It is best to go online to check appointment availability as well as lab services. I was able to walk in in the morning without an appointment. I checked in using the convenient kiosk along the wall. Wait time was about 40 minutes. I was called into the office by the clinician. She administered my tests quickly and efficiently. The clinic area was clean and well organized. All paperwork was double checked before I left with a friendly goodbye. Disappointing that Labcorp is closed Saturday and Sunday.”
“Took a test at their weho tent on Wednesday and got results back on Friday morning (36 hours after the test). The people at the tent were professional, wore PPE and they have an online sign up to protect privacy. The lab is CLIA certified. I was a little concerned after the 1 star reviews but this place seems legit”

“I always make appointment on line , and never had problem with waiting, my technician girl is Myra , who is very nice and professional,she’s the one who can do my special kind of blood work ,but I noticed the small guy is very cold and rude , maybe he doesn’t like being so tiny ?, and gets angry with patients?….”
“*I've been getting my blood sample drawn at this particular location for 10 years now. The Chinese technician is very, very skilful, friendly and efficient!?!? The 'Men's Room' is always clean too.*Usually there's a relatively long line at 8:00am as most people want to get it over with their required "fasting" and be able to get breakfast as soon as possible. To avoid wasting time to wait in line, I've found out that I would be the only one there when I arrive around 11:00am.”

“Gets packed. Went in on a Saturday morning for Covid testing. They tell you results take 24-48 hrs. It is Thursday. No sign of the results yet. I called and got the results emailed right away!”

“I'm a difficult stick. The lady there gets me the first try every time. Other places, even the hospital usually takes multiple tries digging around looking for the vein. Not her, she's the best.”
“you need to understand the technology that contacts you to inform your meds are ready is not the real world at the pharmacy. Just give them a call, ask if all your meds are ready now for pick up. Ask if there is anything on the list that has not yet been filled and is ready now for pickup. Confirm all is ready and let them know you are on your way to pick it all up. If items on your list need to be controlled or kept cool, that will slow down your pickup time. They have to process and go get the cold items out of the icebox. So, wrap up, don't believe the automated calls and texts. Pick up the phone and call the pharmacy and confirm all is ready.”

“Friendly and well-trained staff, plus a clean and hygienic facility. Only downside was the long queue, I arrived at 7.20am on a Saturday and had to wait until 8.35am to be seen. Next time I’ll arrive much earlier!”

They called us with the report fast, and explained that the actual report would take some time to get to us, which was fine. I would highly recommend 1800 Autopsy if you need answers.”
